  Tow Guy was Nice. He got me out. He told me to press red and yellow release and put in drive. He tried to pull and it wouldn’t go and heard a clunk. He came back to me and said are you in drive and brakes released? I said yes. I asked him does the truck need to be on. He said oh yeah. So started the truck, released the brakes red and yellow and put in drive the truck pulled the trailer out but the tandems slid while going forward. So now I have locked brakes and air leak.

  Hello! My girlfriend and I were serviced for a tow from Nick at Eagle Towing out of Muskegon on Mon July 28, 2025. Nick took care of hooking up our car, offered us a ride along with him to our tow destination - and we even shared the ride with his two beautiful pups! :) We would highly recommend Eagle Towing over other local towing companies, for their prompt service and excellent care. Nick was great to chat with for the ride, too! Great guy, friendly, very kind, good personality for the job! Hoping we don't need another tow anytime soon, LOL, but if we do, we'll def ask for Nick!
