Had probably the worst situation possible with a tire on my pontoon trailer ripping off on the highway. They were there in 10 minutes and got my boat and trailer off the road and back to my house. All the while taking special care to not damage the boat but still moving quick, all for a great price too!! 10/10 recommend
Called to tow my car to the Dealer for repair. They picked up the phone right away and gave me an expected time later that morning. They beat their estimate, showed up early…. The driver was a very sharp young man, very polite and knew exactly what he was doing…. I had a broken rear suspension link so had to be careful. They billed my insurance company State Farm directly so it was soooo easy. I would recommend Baxter anytime to anyone!!!

Called Baxters to have my son's car towed back to our house after the control arm broke on his way home from work. From the time I placed the call to the time Baxters had him and his car back in our driveway was 25 minutes. Kyle was super nice and very efficient. Had to have my Chevy Equinox towed today. I called Baxter's Towing because they were the closest place to me. The answering service person was quick and efficient, I specifically requested a flat bed truck because of the problem with the car. They had a flatbed, no problem, the driver Kyle, I believe, was friendly and answered the questions I had, and was there in 15-20 minutes of my call. One of the shortest waits for a tow that I can remember. Loaded my car up and delivered it to Forton Service quickly. Excellent service!

I got one of my trucks stuck bad on a job site. I called Baxters and they were very good to work with over the phone and they were on site very fast.The driver was very professional and did a flawless job of getting my truck out of a bad spot without damaging anything on the truck!! My car broke down as I was leaving work, they awnsered my call quickly, told me they would have someone there in 25 minutes and he was there in 10. He was nice and was able to make a bad situation better with amazing customer service and some nice conversation on our way to the mechanic. Great service, would recommend.
Baxters is currently price gouging. My disabled veteran husband was charged $125 for a tow off our street and back onto driveway...about 35 FEET. The street was a sheet of ice and our car wouldn't go forward or reverse because of it. Maybe it is only the driver who decided to charge $125. But certainly the company should be made aware that price gouging is NOT a way of gaining repeat customers. Nor is leading people to believe it is a Christian company when it clearly exhibits different values.
They were wonderful from the first interaction to the drop off. My car broke down, and left me stranded and very stressed out. The dispatcher was very nice, gave me the approximate price, and gave me a call back to let me know when the driver was headed my way to give me peace of mind. The driver was super kind and fun to talk to. He made me feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are ever in the unfortunate situation to need a tow truck. They took some of the stress out of my very stressful situation.
Had an incident happened this morning and had to call Baxters for a tow in which they showed up in a timely manner. Our driver Kyle was very friendly and patient. He waited at a mechanic to see what they said but when he found out that they weren't able to work on it took to our home with a smile and a great attitude. Kyle made the experience less stressful.
I was on a family vacation with my four kids and my starter went out on my vehicle at Michigan adventure. Kyle at Baxter Towing was amazing! He called a cab company and stayed with us the entire time. He tried so hard to get the starter to start to get us back to our campground. He called around and found a mechanic that could work on my truck the next day. Everything was above and beyond and I appreciated it so much!! Highly recommend if you are in the area!!!
Car wasn’t starting so I called Baxter’s for a tow, the driver Kyle showed up and was very friendly. After getting the car on the flatbed, we were talking on the way to my house. Talked a bit more after getting home. Kyle was great & efficient, understanding & altogether a very down to earth guy. I purchased a non running vehicle and needed it towed to my house. Nick answered the phone when I called and was very helpful, he told me he could get a truck out to me that day whenever I needed it, which was awesome. The driver, Jake, showed up right on our scheduled time (which was only an hour after I called) and was super friendly and professional! He had the car loaded up on the flat bed in less than 10 minutes. No damage or issues at all. The price was very reasonable too. I will use them again if I ever need a tow and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!
You know when you call a company, dreading the person on the other end, obviously hating his job? Not with Baxter's. First call was, "I need service but not until later in the day, explained what the vehicle was, condition, etc..", Kyle essentially said, "call when you need us later, no problem". I called after 5pm, he remembered me and the vehicle make and sent a flatbed out when I was ready. The driver showed up within the time frame given (it was about 20 minutes) and I was greeted with a hearty hello. So refreshing. The vehicle was headed to a local shop to be worked on the next morning. The Baxter's driver offered to put the keys in the drop box which would require filling out a form for what is needed to be done to the truck.
I didn't let him, because that isn't their responsibility, but how nice to offer that. Fantastic service.

Broken down on the highway during a winter advisory at dark, Thanksgiving weekend, an hour and a half from home. They were so quick to respond, and so kind, professional and accommodating! I had a great experience with Baxters, was able to call and get an accurate quote. And when I called in the truck I waited less than 10 minutes and they were there to pick me up. Kyle was my driver and he did an A+ job, good guy. I have ZERO complaints and I will be calling Baxters whenever I need my next tow. Also very affordable. 10/10.

Called Baxter’s Towing after waiting almost 2 hours for AAA. 20 minutes later, Baxter’s Towing showed up! It took the driver approximately 10 minutes, from start to finish, to load the vehicle on the flat bed truck. The vehicle arrived at my house 15 minutes later. It was BLISTERING fast service! AAA said they cover the first 5 miles, then I would have to pay the balance, billed at $6 per mile. The total bill from Baxter’s was cheaper than the additional mileage with AAA. Thank you Baxter’s Towing!
