My husband got in an accident, Ramos towing was there quickly. Transported my car to their lot and my husband got a ride from the owner of Ramos to Enterprise car rentals because otherwise we would have been stranded! I'd like to thank them so much for going out of their way to help us!!
Yesterday I ended up in a ditch and Brian Rorem thankfully pulled my jeep out. Brian roremwas very kind and understanding that I've never been in that type of situation he was incredibly patient unlike the police officer that pulled up the the scene. He's got very reasonable prices. THANK YOU BRIAN FOR HELPING ME !!!
Had a very great experience with Ramos. Called for a flat bed had a truck to me in 15 mins. Tim was very knowledgeable and very kind. Dispatch was also very friendly
After running off the road into a ditch, due to horrible winter conditions and white out, Ramos Towing came by to help me out real quick and winched my car with ease. Great service!
Battery died because of the cold weather and I needed a jumpstart so I could get to work. The lady who took my call was very nice and listened to me. The tow guy showed up on time. He was very nice as well, and I learned a lot about car batteries and jumpstart packs. He also told me how my alternator was doing. I would recommend this company to other people. I feel like the pricing and wait time were reasonable.
I am a mechanic that was called to repair a vehicle. After the customer trusted this tow company to bring me the vehicle and clearly stated to them that the vehicle needed to be placed in an area for it to be repaired. It was a passenger rear wheel hub that needed repair. As you can see in the photo where they placed it. After placing the vehicle down, he attempted to leave my driveway and destroyed my Fence. Attempting to free himself from the fence, he did more damage and even destroyed the lug covers on his rim. He called ASAP for a toll to remove him off of my fence so he wouldn’t do any more damage. After ASAP came I asked the tow truck driver could the other driver replace the vehicle in a more reasonable spot and was told no. He never asked me where I wanted the vehicle to be placed. He never acknowledged me the entire time he was in my yard or dropping off the vehicle until I spoke to him. Mind you he drove past the house 4 times. After freeing himself from the fence using the other tow company, he then proceeded to leave and not acknowledge he destroyed my fence. I had to call the police and make a police report just for him to come back. I was never greeted by the owner or any manager during this incident. Extremely poor service and I will never accept a tow from them ever again. 231 towing and First class bring me vehicles all the time and I never have an issue and they at least SPEAK TO ME. After everything was set and done, Ramos told me that they can either put the vehicle in a better spot or repair the fence. They gave me an ultimatum after a very poor experience. I demanded my fence be repaired because obviously lessons have to be learned the hard way.
Cameron O is super friendly, extremely efficient, and above all kind. I would highly recommend people use Ramos towing and I will absolutely be using them in the future!!
They take advantage of people in distress after a traumatic accident. Don't ask where you want the vehicle towed - just take it to their scrapyard. Called a few days later and was told it would be $1200+. Through miscommunication with out-of-state insurance, we were told to let it sit until the at fault driver's insurance claim went through. Took a month and a half and when we called back, they filed for an abandoned title and scraped it a week earlier. Boldly lied to us, saying we were told it would have been only be $200 for us to get it out. BOLDFACE LIE! Believe me, I would have gladly got it out for $200!!
These people take advantage of people under duress, and boldly lie to them afterward. No integrity, no honor. Scammers and con-artists.
Towed my 17 year old kids car after an accident, recommended to bring it to their shop of course...thats the scam. Then they drop it there $260, storage fees over the weekend if you cant get ahold of a mechanic, then of course another $260 if you want it brought somewhere that makes sense. They will also wipe your $260 tow fee if you let them have the vehicle to scrap...SCAM

Today I was ran off the road, and I got stuck into a snowbank. One of your drivers came and pulled me out with no charge and I was so thankful it was probably one of the best things that’s happened to me in a long time so thank you thank you thank you thank you. I can’t say it enough.
Cameron O. Helped us out of the ditch on the highway the other night. He was very polite, and he pulled us out smoothly like butter and I felt safe the whole time! He was quick and had us back on the road instead no time. Thank you Cameron O. We love you!
We hit a huge patch of ice on the highway and ended up nose down in the embankment…..Cameron (the tow truck driver) was there super quick and got us right out and on our way…definitely recommend these guys with the highest rating of quality,speed and friendliness! Thanks again Cameron!
Was involved in a scary accident out of work tonight and Michael helped make sure I was good and made sure I was fully informed afterwards and ensured I got home safely. Would most definitely recommend calling Ramos if in a bind and need help quickly.
Friendly operated. Kept great communication had an appointment for 5:30 but they had some emergency calls they had to go to and kept in contact to let me know. Still had quick service with those calls. Thank you
Allie was the best phone operator around very friendly and responsive and the tow truck driver was amazing his name was Keith he got there fast hooked my car up kept me comfortable and safe and got me home promptly he went above and beyond I could have not been more please especially on a late Friday night!!! This is the best service you could spend money on call Ramos 1st!!!
These guys are scammers, don’t trust them. They showed up to the accident I was involved in, and moved my truck. I told the driver I wanted my truck brought to my house after the accident. He refused to bring it anywhere but Ramos’s annd insisted it could only go to Ramos’s until Monday. That should’ve been my sign to refuse to let him take it and call somebody else. But the driver reassured me they weren’t going to do anything sketchy. When it was picked up by Baxters on Monday morning, they gave my insurance a $1500 bill for towing my truck a block, and “storing” the truck for 2 days.
You can say you have new management all you want, this place still sucks. Call someone else.
This morning at St Michael the Archangel church a parishioner locked her keys in her car. We called Ramos Towing and they were there in less than 15 minutes and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes. When Ramsden B. (the driver) asked the elderly lady how will she be paying, check or cash, the lady did not understand. Ramsden asked again with the same confused response. I took a card out of my wallet to take care of the bill. Ramsden waived it off and told the elderly parishioner to have a blessed day. What a great thing to do! It is so nice to see companies (and owners) that allow and encourage simple acts if kindness. Thank you Ramsden.
Wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of a company who truly deserves it. Ramos went way above and beyond for me and I wasn't even a customer yet!
I live near Ann Arbor, had to drive out to Muskegon for a charity event, and on the way back, my car decided it didn't want to be alive anymore...150 miles away from home!
I pulled over into a gas station and called AAA. They said they'd find me a provider as soon as possible, which ended up being over SEVEN HOURS. I saw a ramos truck pulling out of the gas station I was waiting in and asked them if the worked with AAA and had any availability. They said yes to both, and LITERALLY called their standby driver from his home to come tow me 150 miles to my house! He showed up so fast that he was already there and loading my vehicle before AAA even called me back to tell me they had found a provider but it would be a couple more hours yet, to which I told them where to go and how to get there, I had found my own provider!
Long story short, my driver was GREAT! Personable, friendly, and professional. By the time he got me home, I had been up for about 22 hours, and in my sleep deprived state, I accidentally left my hat on the drivers dash. I won't go into it, but this hat means the absolute world to me. After a couple of calls, Mary Beth went out of her way to track it down and mail it back to me, she wouldn't even let me cover the shipping even tho I offered multiple times!
A heartful thank you to the great people and incredible team over at Ramos. 11 out of 10. HIGHLY recommend.
Needed to get my car up onto my semi trailer so I could get it out of Michigan. Called around to get quotes and Ramos had the best. Dillon showed up very quickly and went straight to work! Thankful for these guys! If I ever come back, I know who I’m calling!
