Allie was the best phone operator around very friendly and responsive and the tow truck driver was amazing his name was Keith he got there fast hooked my car up kept me comfortable and safe and got me home promptly he went above and beyond I could have not been more please especially on a late Friday night!!! This is the best service you could spend money on call Ramos 1st!!!
These guys are scammers, don’t trust them. They showed up to the accident I was involved in, and moved my truck. I told the driver I wanted my truck brought to my house after the accident. He refused to bring it anywhere but Ramos’s annd insisted it could only go to Ramos’s until Monday. That should’ve been my sign to refuse to let him take it and call somebody else. But the driver reassured me they weren’t going to do anything sketchy. When it was picked up by Baxters on Monday morning, they gave my insurance a $1500 bill for towing my truck a block, and “storing” the truck for 2 days.
You can say you have new management all you want, this place still sucks. Call someone else.
This morning at St Michael the Archangel church a parishioner locked her keys in her car. We called Ramos Towing and they were there in less than 15 minutes and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes. When Ramsden B. (the driver) asked the elderly lady how will she be paying, check or cash, the lady did not understand. Ramsden asked again with the same confused response. I took a card out of my wallet to take care of the bill. Ramsden waived it off and told the elderly parishioner to have a blessed day. What a great thing to do! It is so nice to see companies (and owners) that allow and encourage simple acts if kindness. Thank you Ramsden.
Ramos towing completely saved our day and vacation when our truck broke down while pulling our 5th wheel. They were more than accommodating with helping us get our truck to a service center and our 5th wheel to the campground and set up. Fast, friendly service and even a very reasonable rate!! Phone operator was rude, as a customer knowing some places charge 80% markup for same service i just wanted to know the best price, lady didnt want to answer because her partner supposedly had already told me. Which she hadnt because i called a different number to a different company and thats not my fault they all sit in a circle jerk on the clock in the a small office. FYI 1st class towing seems to be cheaper/more professional and have a better attitude.
Wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of a company who truly deserves it. Ramos went way above and beyond for me and I wasn't even a customer yet!
I live near Ann Arbor, had to drive out to Muskegon for a charity event, and on the way back, my car decided it didn't want to be alive anymore...150 miles away from home!
I pulled over into a gas station and called AAA. They said they'd find me a provider as soon as possible, which ended up being over SEVEN HOURS. I saw a ramos truck pulling out of the gas station I was waiting in and asked them if the worked with AAA and had any availability. They said yes to both, and LITERALLY called their standby driver from his home to come tow me 150 miles to my house! He showed up so fast that he was already there and loading my vehicle before AAA even called me back to tell me they had found a provider but it would be a couple more hours yet, to which I told them where to go and how to get there, I had found my own provider!
Long story short, my driver was GREAT! Personable, friendly, and professional. By the time he got me home, I had been up for about 22 hours, and in my sleep deprived state, I accidentally left my hat on the drivers dash. I won't go into it, but this hat means the absolute world to me. After a couple of calls, Mary Beth went out of her way to track it down and mail it back to me, she wouldn't even let me cover the shipping even tho I offered multiple times!
A heartful thank you to the great people and incredible team over at Ramos. 11 out of 10. HIGHLY recommend.
They are horrible. I would give zero stars if I could! I had my car fixed by them and like a week later something on the other side I’m not good with cars but same thing other side went out and they offered to tow it and then ended up charging me for the towing after saying it was gonna be free. I do not recommend bringing your car here. They are scammers

Ramsden was dispatched to pick up my son’s car which was stuck in Reverse as the cable slipped off. He was so friendly, polite and very helpful during this stressful time. I can’t think him enough and also Ramos towing for helping me out! Ramsden is a keeper for an employee! I’d hire him myself!
I was involved in an t-bone accident on 1/31/25. The police asked if I had a preference of tow companies and I said no. 30 minutes later Scott from S******* towing showed up and instantly told me the bill would be 300 and he'd tow it anywhere. I said where I wanted it towed and he said that'd be extra. I changed my location to 15 miles away and The only explanation of why the bill would still be 300 was because i was in an accident. I told him he could get lost and called Ramos myself. 20 minutes later Ramsden from Ramos pulls up with his tow truck and is instantly concerned about the well-being of those involved in the accident. He handles loading the truck like a pro. Upon delivery my truck didn't want to come off the tow truck that easily but he expertly moved the truck side to side and got it to land in the exact location we had asked, which was a tight fit, without further damaging my truck. Ramsden was the best part of that crappy situation and is exactly the type of truck driver you want to show up in your moment of need. Even better the bill was only half the price the other guys wanted!
I had to call this towing company late at night during a snowstorm, after I got stuck in some deep snow drifts. The driver arrived despite the terrible conditions, and he was not only professional but super kind throughout the whole process. He handled the situation quickly and carefully, getting me out without any issues. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything, especially on such a busy, snowy night. Highly recommend this company for anyone in a tough spot! Thank you again for the excellent service!
Had a rough start to the morning at 330am with the car locking while my baby was in it, but a very nice guy came super quick with great service came to the help in crappy weather to save her :) !
My vehicle is involved in a collision on Apple Avenue. This was on 30 December. The tow truck came flatbed the car away took it to the shop. I was there within 12 hours to pick the vehicle up and transfer it to another shop to have the bodywork done and the tow bill was $1400. Yes you read that correctly $1400 and there wasn’t even that much damage to the front end it was the front tire. Basically the rest of the car was fine $60 a day for for storage and before I even told the car off the lot they wanted the entire bill paid everyone that I have discussed with even other body shops believe this amount is totally off the wall. I talked to them about the charges and they said these are state minimums. There are no state minimum guidelines for Towing charges. Be careful when you deal with these people $1400 for having the car less than 12 hour. Outrageous!!!!
Wow! Incredible service! My daughter lost a tire on the highway. Staff was wonderful and friendly from the time that they answered the phone until they dropped her vehicle at a repair shop. The driver was genuinely concerned about her and how to get the repairs done. He even called repair shops for her to see who could it accept it. Thanks for all the help that night! So appreciated...
The worst collusion repair experience ever! They received my car on July 27th, and since then I've had 6 different "completion dates" ridiculous!

I was in an auto accident recently and Ramos and Sons definitely made the situation better. A very kind and caring driver made sure I was okay and safe. He brought me back to their shop and waited with me until the owner showed up to drive me 60 miles back to my home. They also tried to help with the insurance company with their Autobody shop. Highly recommended this company!

I can’t say enough good things or thank them enough for their help. I ran out of gas (due to miscommunication), on the side of the highway while driving my husband’s big truck, during lunch rush hour, on a 90 degree day with my young son in the truck. We were frantic & hot & scared. It sucked. But, from the time I spoke with the nice service lady, to the time Brian showed up, took less than 10 minutes. Brain was kind & helpful. He towed us to a gas station & stayed until I filled up to make sure everything was ok. I 110% recommend them & wont go anywhere else if I ever need help again.

Great people. They are transparent, flexible, and very friendly. Both the office and tow truck driver helped me (first time towing a car), and kept open communication to my insurance. I am not sure of the standard towing company, but as a first impression, they nailed every expectation.
The staff was amazing when the deer hit my car. They answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. When I got the car back and needed more work done, not related to the accident, they were very accommodating and made the entire stressful situation easier to deal with. I am so thankful for everything they did, my car looks like there was never any damage done.
