The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars.. I needed a remote to lock and unlock my door to my car and they really help me every time I need a part they are there plus they a cheaper than other places I luv them alot and they are pleasure and helpful
I have been doing business with port city for 15yrs plus now and have never had a complaint. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff which is unlike the "big places" and have continued to earn my business with some of the best prices and getting the right part when given the right information
I went there to get my ball joint Exchange which was a Moog and instead of exchanging it they just gave me my money back with an attitude they don't like to take anything back or exchange parts
BEST PLACE FOR GOOD CAR PARTS!!! Their prices are below Auto Zone & Advance Auto Parts by far. I bought rotors for an 01 impala for 22$ here when Auto Zone wanted 48$ per rotor for the same car.
