Touring Ballet Company here. Our tour truck broke down at 430am in Muskegon and needed to be in Detroit by 8am. I was able to get hold of someone at Eagle in the middle of the night, and they were on site within 45 mintues. Rusty diagnosed the problem and let me know immediately that the parts would need to be ordered. Made the decision to tow to Detroit to stay on schedule. Was it expensive? You bet. Did I feel taken advantage of? NOPE. The communication was good every step of the way and I was able to make informed decisions that literally kept our show on the road. Happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

The dispatcher was new and should have had paper and a pen to use immediately when answering my call. Instead she had me hold until she got to her computer or something. Said the computer was slow. Write it down and enter it later. She was very nice. The driver arrived fast and was very nice, got my flat tire changed and sent me in my way. He noticed my spare wasn't very good and showed me. I was glad for his knowledge. I would call them again.
I have been waiting on AAA for over three hours. Called these guys and they were out to my car in a half an hour. Had my door open in minutes and my keys retrieved. Excellent.
What a predicament we found ourselves in! Stuck in sand. It wasn't an easy fix either the way we were parked in a small area. The townsfolk were getting their pitchforks! It was nice to see a friendly face of someone willing and able to help us country folk who didn't know any better and drove onto a small sand area! It was tricky for him and took him about a half hour but he knew his business! He was pleasant as could be. Thank you again!!!

We had a flat tire on 31 heading north past Whitehall on a summer Saturday afternoon. The local tire businesses were closing quickly. The Eagle Towing driver texted a link to get our exact location and arrived in 20 minutes. I had called Muskegon and Ludington to find a replacement. The driver concurred with our options and put our spare on in a jiffy and had us on our way North with only an hour less of vacation time lost. Their driver was courteous and knowledgeable. Talked with the owner Andrew about towing a dump truck that had been sitting in my back field for 15 years. Next day had his guy rusty and another come pick it up. Super easy, professional, nice guys that were able to get it done pretty quick and you couldn't tell they were here! 5 stars.
Scheduled an appointment for locked vehicle with keys inside. Phone operator was great and easy to understand. The timing of the tow truck was spot on for the appointment. And the employee was very professional and very skilled with the task at hand. If I happen to have the same problem again (probably will unfortunately), I’ll definitely call them again. the driver from eagle was great. was able to trust him with my daughter and granddaughter to get them back after their truck broke down.. prompt service being it was getting dark outside.
I had a good experience with the driver and with the time they picked my vehicle up and took it to the repair shop. My problem is they charge me six dollars a mile to give me a ride home. It cost me almost as much for the ride home as it did for the tow, very disappointing
I was at Electric Forest when I locked my keys in my car. These guys showed up like angels in a golf cart to get me unlocked within no time. It was impressive given the chaos of the festival. Fair price even though it took 1 minute for them to pop my lock. The piece of mind was worth it. Thanks again!
Oh my Word! After trying to navigate a tow with our insurance company and speaking to someone overseas, it was an utter failure. We decided to call Eagle towing and pay by cash or card. They were fast efficient, and our driver was very kind and pleasant. I would highly highly recommend!
I called them and they were over with the quickness, they are fast efficient, I don't have my car towed often but perhaps the price was kinda steep, but there speed makes up for it.. I'll definitely recommend them..

Very fast response time. Had a tire completely blow out on a Friday night after work. It was after midnight and we waited less than 20 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. Our driver Blake was very professional friendly and helpful.
