Oh my Word! After trying to navigate a tow with our insurance company and speaking to someone overseas, it was an utter failure. We decided to call Eagle towing and pay by cash or card. They were fast efficient, and our driver was very kind and pleasant. I would highly highly recommend!
The dispatcher was new and should have had paper and a pen to use immediately when answering my call. Instead she had me hold until she got to her computer or something. Said the computer was slow. Write it down and enter it later. She was very nice. The driver arrived fast and was very nice, got my flat tire changed and sent me in my way. He noticed my spare wasn't very good and showed me. I was glad for his knowledge. I would call them again.
2am during a heavy wind snow storm, was helped to pull a nearby citizen’s car free from a snow bank, meanwhile making sure I was able to leave without getting stuck myself. 10/10 service with nothing but a smile despite the time and weather
