Jesse came out today to tow my car to the dealership and he was polite, professional and fun to chat with on the trip. Everyone I spoke to today was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Reliable!

Called Reliable Towing as I required a flat bed towing for a 1969 Cougar Convertible which was in storage in North Muskegon. They were great to deal with and the driver handled the car like a pro. Paid attention to detail, was friendly, and very professional. The rate was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Reliable Towing as they were very accommodating and worked with me to ensure my complete satisfaction.
Outrageous expensive. Would never ever tell anyone to use their service. Way better pricing elsewhere and definitely way friendlier counter service elsewhere.

Most genuine human being in west michigan. I am the guy that has a motorhome taking up 1/4 of his impound lot. I really can not express how big of a heart Tom the owner has. I have been in a bad spot with finances and he has only seen through the pain and has NOT kicked me when im at such a low point. I accept responsibility for my actions and i would be suffering a lot worse if he hadnt such a big heart. Restored my faith in humanity
I just saw their flat bed truck fly down my road at at least 40 (speed limit is 25), and then do an illegal u turn in an intersection, before stopping at a house across the street from me to pick up a vehicle.
I have Good Sam Roadside and they called Reliable for my flat tire. Reliable told them their ETA was 45 minutes, but after 1 and a half hours, they still had not showed up. Good Sam called and Reliable had canceled the service! They left me stranded. Reliable Towing told Good Sam, after an hour and a half, that they don't go to Montague Michigan from Muskegon. I even called Reliable twice Anna they never told me that. They told me the driver was 20 minutes away, then on his way, and it was all B.S. to leave me stranded. DON'T CALL RELIABLE FOR ANYTHING! I wouldn't use these guys for any emergency of any kind. They will leave you stranded. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Subaru Roadside Assistance hooked me up with Reliable Towing for an emergency tow to the local Subaru Service Center. My tech was friendly and efficient. He was able to get my car out of the garage and onto his flatbed really quickly, took extra care to secure it, and got me to the service center in record time. I am very impressed!
BEST TOW SERVICE OUT THERE!!! we crashed out truck into our house. Had one towing company come out and refuse to move the truck. We called reliable towing and they came out within 10 min, had the truck pulled off the house and on its way to a repair shop within 20 min. 10/10 recomend to anyone!
Fantastic and Fast service! Friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Lost our breaks, and we needed a tow in a winter storm. They didn't skip a beat to come get us. This company is awesome, right there for me and helped me get on there dashboard for service, THEY WERE NOT BUSY. AAA Left me stranded alone in the dark for 2+hours, sending me AI messages stating they were looking for someone to take the job AS NO-ONE AVALIABLE, SWAMPED FROM BREAKDOWNS and when I called AAA the rep kept asking me if I was in a safe place!? OH THERE'S MORE... THANK YOU RELIABLE TOWING!

My battery was dead. Contacted AAA roadside and Reliable Towing Services responded. I’ve had my vehicle towed a few times by you, and between first communication and the initial call from your company I’ve waited no longer than 30 minutes. And Kyle is just amazing! He's very personable, and moves in a timely manner! Awesome young man. I live at an apartment complex, any that would need towing services, I would highly recommend you/Kyle!!!
Reliable towing did a great job for us today. They sent Kyle to our rescue and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Soon we were back on the road.
5 stars because 6 stars isn't a thing. I called several other tow companies in Muskegon to get a flatbed to tow my awd Ford edge. The first was two hours late and showed up with a wrecker and a dolly after the dispatcher had hung up on me after asking for an eta. Another argued with me that a dolly is the same as a flatbed. Fed up, I called Reliable. The dispatcher was polite and assured me that if i wanted a flat bed to tow my vehicle that was no problem. The driver showed up quickly and was polite, courteous, and quick. Highly recommended and will be my go to in the future. Also they are very reasonably priced! Thank you!
When I broke down AAA sent reliable towing and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. Kendall was so careful with my baby and went the extra mile to make sure she got home and in my garage without a scratch.
We were told by our insurance company it could possibly be 3 hours before help arrived. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of being dispatched. He had our tire changed and us back on the road within 10 minutes of his arrival. He was kind and efficient. Thank you, Reliable! We appreciate you.

Amazing experience with Reliable! Was stuck between Grand Rapids and Muskegon after hitting a deer on 96, my insurance company tried to get a tow service from GR for 1.5 hours with no luck, I asked them to call Reliable and they sent someone out right away.
Nate was awesome and so was the dispatcher. I was in bfe with barely a signal and my call kept getting dropped. Dispatcher was patient and understanding. Driver was there 5 mins sooner than expected and super nice guy. Before i knew it our vehicle was home.
I locked myself out of my vehicle on a late Sunday afternoon, called Reliable Towing and they were there within 15 mins. The driver did an amazing job getting into my vehicle, it only took him a minute and he was in. I was concerned with the paint on my vehicle, but he was very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Reliable towing!
AAA dispatched them to me. Wait time was only like 45 mins. The guy got me loaded up quickly and took care in doing so. He was even good conversation while I road with him to the shop where we dropped my truck off.
So after sitting on the side for the road for 3 hours one of the men from Reliable Towing finally got to my location, I have to say he was great! He had explained to me that me that my road side assistants company had sent him the information late and I had explained that it was because they put in the wrong information. The man that I was working with was super great and very kind to me and put my mind at ease! From my first experience with them it was wonderful!
