If I could give negative stars I would, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.. I had the mechanic rebuild my engine for my jeep , this idiot did not use break in oil for the new bearings, noooo this idiot put the old oil back in...very unprofessional. ...go to Dexter's garage...

The man who towed my truck was very nice. I was waiting for 4 hours for another towing company to help me out. Granted, it was partly my fault, because I canceled and recreated the order. However, AAA got me connected with Campbell's towing and they were quick with me and very friendly and sociable. I needed that after waiting so long for a tow truck. I completely recommend this towing company.
I called to request a tow with a flat bed because I have an awd drive. I requested that because the last time it was towed with a dolly my car was damaged. After my request, I was rudely mansplained by the dispatcher why I didn't need a flatbed. Needless to say I called another company. I may be a woman but I'm not stupid.
My truck broke down saterday evening. I called them and was told it would be a little while. I expected about an hr. About 15 mins later he pulled up. I even figuered out what was wrong with my truck while he lowered it at my house. Super happy with everything and use them again
I had packed my bags for a roadtrip, ready to roll. But, no, my battery was dead. Campbell's fella arrived in a timely manner, got my car started, was courteous, advised me to buy a new battery, soon, (I did), billed my insurance. Saved the day.

I reserved a U-Haul trailer from this location. When I arrived, there were no handicap parking spaces where I could extend my ramp and exit my vehicle. When I looked at the front entrance, it wasn't accessible at all. There was a 4" high wooden walkway in front of the door.
I had to wait until another customer came out of the door and asked them to have the owner stick his head out.
When he did, I explained my situation and that I had a trailer reserved. He told me it was probably the other U-Haul rental place, down the road, because they weren't even open on Wednesdays.
So I drove down the road to the other U-Haul location. The gentleman there confirmed that my reservation WAS with Campbell's and told me Campbell's regularly sends rental business their way and wondered why Campbell's wasn't interested in my business.
Fortunately, the other rental location had a trailer that worked for me.
I will never go back to Campbell's.
We called Campbells on a Sunday Afternoon for an accident. I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived in 20 minutes. I could not have asked for a more courteous and knowledgeable driver. Thank you Dan! You took a bad situation and helped us make what we could out of it.

He thoroughly examined our car and trailed our car to ensure there were no other issues. It was Dark. We were on the side of the road and he took care of everything extremely professional & courteous!

We called because our back tire was on a flat, we met with Bob and he was extremely friendly and quick with the service. We were lucky enough to have a spare tire and he put it on for us at 10:30 at night!
Was there when I needed them job well done I do want to that whom ever it was who came and towed my truck just down the road cause had a flat. He was very polite and done a well job to assist me. Even when I thought I had left my phone lol. Thank you so much for your business I got out just in time so Yes I do want to thank him for moving fast
Rob Campbell came and put on my spare tire. He was professional and courteous even considering the heat and me with Meltdown Martha running through my brain. He was so patient, explaining that i need a special tool to get the lug nuts off my car because they're locking lug nuts. He didn't have the tool but Jedi Knighted on that tire and changed it anyway!
Campbell's is AAA approved towing and automotive repair for good reason! Way to go AAA!
I accidentally locked myself out of my car while it was running. My insurance agent advised me to call a towing service. I was pleased that my car was successfully unlocked in time to continue with my scheduled errands. When my insurance company couldn't read the duplicate receipt, they cheerfully provided me with a copy. Thanks guys.
We waited 2 hours for them to show up. My husband kept asking for updates. The guy said he would call back but didn't then just stopped answering his phone. We had to go through our insurance or we would not have used them at all. I would not recommend them.
First encounter seemed kind. Didn't have any bad feelings. Went back. My appointment was set for open... So there wouldn't be any problems with time. Morning of the appointment I called them for cost so I'd have cash on me and estimate for time since the car had to be dropped off and picked up, I work at afternoon. He wanted me to bring it in 3hrs after already scheduled time. I told him I'd called right back, need to make sure time frame would work. When I called back he talked to me with attitude. When I decided I wanted to reschedule due to their almost 3hr delay and the cars he said was before me, just in case they weren't done he told me he didn't want my service and hung up in my face. I made my appointment 2wks prior. Now I'm inconvenienced by him. Again I went in and made the appointment 2wks prior. I wasn't rude or disrespect to anyone there. Bad way to do business very rude. UI'm not sure if he was having a bad morning already or what. Still should never treat any customers like that.
Excellent work, had my car towed there after it breaking down and Firestone wasn't able to do internal engine work, Campbells got the parts ordered and they even wanted to get my car back to me as fast as possible so they came in on their day off and got it taken care of so I could have it the next morning. Very happy with the service and my car is sounding so much better then it was before.
They are the rudest business i have ever dealt with. Every time i call to get a ETA on my vehicle which they have had for 3 days now, they give me the biggest attitude in the world. I say save your money and go anywhere but there. The tow truck guy is awesome though!
