M82 in Howard City updates pricing daily if needed. Why can’t you publish prices and do the same? When I’m scheduling daily pickups you aren’t even open to call. I need to plan my route based on pricing for that day.
The “4.6” review is a LIE. Front staff is rude & act like they don’t want to work. Also, the item per pay ratio is terrible, definitely would never go back & NOT recommend. If 0 stars was an option I’d put it twice.
Yard staff was very rude. Wouldn't recommend going there and will not be back! I've tried numerous chances with them and every time there is something. Recently brought in 3 cars within a months time today was the last time I'll ever be back there

My father Harry Eschman was on the wall where they used to have pictures of men and women who scraped on a daily basis.... Kinda miss the old office.... But I understand they needed a new one.... Great people, great service, great business! Thank you for recycling!
I just started scrapping and Padnos in Muskegon and Grand Rapids are top notch. Friendly and provide assistance when you need it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A little further drive but worth it.

From the beginning to the end of a visit to Padnos it is streamlined & pleasant. The dock crew Cody, Dontel, John & Seth are very knowledgeable about grading & Sorting scrap & will give you tips on how to increase your profits. In the Front office Ryan, Tim & Diane are very friendly and professional on getting paperwork processed and with receiving your pay. I give them a 5 STAR :) *****
The Muskegon Padnos is second to none. The yard worker Ray there is always helpful, courteous and professional. Even though I'm from Wyoming, I don't mind going there for experience and conversation. The inside guy, Dontell, is fantastic. Padnos is fortunate to have his experience and knowlege.
The employees are extremely rude. We were treated like a nuissance because they didn't get Monday off for the holiday. A bunch of grown men throwing tantrums like children. Very unprofessional.

My husband comes here consistently to recycle all the metals in the trash removal we do. I've had to come in my husband's steed and they're very polite and courteous when directing you to the right areas to unload.
Quick and easy experience dropping off all my metal and steel. Jumped on the scale when I first arrived, dumped my load, jumped back on the scale, then went in the office to collect my payment.
It is not easy to find someone to take my old tv. They charge $ .45 (45 cents) a pound for old tv that weighs over 100 pounds. I pay 130 dollars to get rid of 3 tvs that still work but don't have hdmi port. SMH Who said being a good steward of the environment was easy. No Trump supporters ever did that is for sure.
We had to drop off some TVs and some VCRs and the process was so excellent. The yard people were so incredibly helpful, we especially want to shout out Moe who got us in and out in less than twenty minutes and had us smiling the whole time. Just wanted to say thank you so much for such an easy and painless process. Will happily be back if we need them again!
They were a little backed up when I got there, but they handled what I brought, even though it was about 1000 pounds of computer wire scrap. No problems, and super professional. Ill be going there from now on.
I love this place. The yard people are all great. The office personnel are not the friendliest but the yard people are always friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars in my book.. If the office people were friendlier the whole place would be 5 star .
