I have twice had the misfortune due to deer to need an auto repair shop and both times I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan and his crew. The first was for convenience but after the way I was treated and the work done on my car they were my first and only choice the second time. So easy to work with and accommodating it was great. The second round I was having issues with the adjuster and Jordan stepped in and got the ball rolling again. They’re so easy to work with that I’ve actually had them do other work/installs for me on my other cars instead trying to deal with the dealership and their schedules and pricing. These guys are great! Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful! He answered every call I made to him and gave me as much information as possible with clarity of understanding! The owner Jordan has EXCELLENT customer service. He was able to get me in for an estimate and repair quickly and flexible with my schedule. He went the extra mile for me in arranging a loaner car pickup on a Sunday and answered my calls after business hours. Excellent work on my car and the paint is a PERFECT match. So late one night while driving home a deer ran in front of me an I wrecked my truck. Brought my truck to M-57 an less than two weeks my truck was done . They did a remarkable job! I was so impressed the truck looked better than when I bought it off the lot . Also I only had one vehicle an these guys had loners 😀saved me from having to run around for a rental car . Quick, easy , an they take the stress out .

57 Auto body has been great for us. We hit a deer and totaled our vehicle and they were responsive with all of our many questions. They helped with making sure our insurance adjustor came out without waiting a few days. They were kind and professional.

I started 2022 off by hitting a deer with my vehicle. I decided to use M-57 because they were not booking two months plus out. I will never use another auto body shop again. M-57 did an amazing job. I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up 6 days later. The service was wonderful, the work was excellent, and the process was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a great place to get some work done in your vehicle, this is the place to go!!!

Been here twice and both experiences have been nothing but excellent. They are fast friendly and efficient. Got me in the Monday right after Christmas and all the work was done in a week. I live 45 minutes away but it's worth it. I will continue to back anytime my vehicle needs work!

This is my second time taking my car there after another car/deer accident. Both times I’ve been very satisfied with the work that they do, Jordan is very friendly, the customer service is great! Did great job repairing the damage from the deer I hit. Took about 3 weeks but it was much quicker then every other bodyshop around. They even blended the paint color perfectly looks like a brand new car! Highly recommend you go here if your car is damaged.

This place and its staff have earned my respect and loyalty. They did an amazing job fixing up the front end of my jeep. Due to Covid one of my parts was delayed but Jordan was amazing at keeping in contact with me. This will be my spot for all things vehicles

Have had multiple vehicles worked on here. I have been extremely happy with their quality work they perform and great customer service, kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle.

I don't know how to start but here we go....First off customer service is pretty good with scheduling but unfortunately that's where the positives end. I had a mud incident that really did a number to my front bumper which had to be replaced before my trip to Florida which is where I am now. My 1st car wash paint chipped off my bumper which I did at home which he did repaint. I had wheel wells replaced and front bumper (in the pics) you will see the quality I got. Omw to Florida (in Georgia) I had to zip tie my wheel well when It just came loose and was dragging on the ground. Secondly just yesterday my bumper has become unclipped all by driving down the highway.....really.......I could go on with my anger but my wife probably dont want me going on n on but take a look at pics and please make your own mind up on how you would feel w this happening to you.

I bought my little Chevy Spark from this shop and they were so helpful during the buying process. They didn't mind my entire family coming to check it out because I wasn't car savvy and wanted to make sure I was making a good decision. They were very friendly and pleasant despite waiting up for me after hours so I could come see the vehicle. I love my car and have had a lot of people stop me in parking lots to ask where I got it, I'm always sure to talk the shop up each time. Thank you!
