Thanks so much for getting my work vehicle back up and moving. Huge nail in my tire and it was not repairable (on a Friday afternoon). They got the spare on and helped me order a new set of tires as they needed to be replaced soon anyway. Tires were in by Monday and on by late afternoon. Amazing customer service. Spent almost $3,000 there within the past month and my car is still making the same noises it went there with. I do believe they did some of the work they said they did but I did not appreciate the sarcasm and attitude about them having to work on my vehicle. Some of the employees were very polite but others were very rude and complained about having to work on my vehicle even though I was under the impression that they were a car repair place and that is their job. They barely communicated with me about the things they were fixing on my vehicle and I had to call and ask to get answers every time. The only time they did call was when they were finally done. I am a mail carrier and use my vehicle 6 days a week and barely get any time off. Of course there is going to be a lot of wear and tear on my vehicle because of that reason and that is why I brought it to them. They tried to tell my husband that the post office purchased vehicles for all postal employees because he read it online. I think I would know if I was provided a vehicle for my job since I'm the one doing it. Very unprofessional for a place thats getting almost $3,000 of my money. Will not do business there again.
Went in hoping to repair my tire (<13K miles) that had a branch (>1 in diameter) puncture it. Unrepairable but everyone was super friendly and explained why it couldn't be repaired. Got a new tire ordered and got me out as soon as they could.
Worse service I have ever ran into told my car was finished Walk 5 mi to get to it to them sitting in the shop not answering the door then leaving. Sat there for 2 hours in the parking lot trying to get my car with doors locked on a Monday got there at 12:00. Watched 12 of their customers get the same response from them as I sat. There.
They were great. Worked our car in on the lunch hour. I really needed the car, and they totally met my request. Young tech and capable and hard working.

I called, and the man who answered the phone's name was jake he was so polite and answered all of my questions and continued to schedule me an appointment and attended to all my needs. Then, upon arrival, He greeted me with a smile and made my experience great. I was in and out in no time, even tho I asked for a quote on some repairs I knew needed done. Their price was much better than competitors such as belle tire or discount tire and battery. All I have to say is you don't come by employee's such as Jake very often take care of that dude give him a rise make sure he stays there because he is the reason I brought my business there from another shop and a few of my friends have done the same because I recommend them to him and Sheridan tire. Thank you for great service.
Jake and his team do great work at a fair price, I bring my business vehicles and personal vehicles here and have always been very impressed with the quality price and efficiency.
The staff here is friendly. Jake answered all the questions I had and was very friendly. My family had had service here and they didn't overprice them like other places in the area.
Last minute flat repair in a blizzard, the shop was busy but a quick 10 minute wait and they came through. On our way in a snap...quick, easy, affordable.
Very friendly and up front with the information you need to know with your car . I went in thinking I needed a bearing in my drive shaft. They looked at it and found nothing wrong with it. They also fixed a heat shield wile under my car . Highly recommend this place

Bought a used tire at this place Figuring that they would give me a decent tire it ended up going flat so I took it to another tire placeTo get it fixed and it had three plugs in it and one plug in the sidewall of the tire which is a big no-no and a huge safety issue but they put it on my truck anyway and sent me on my way. So I took it back to Sheridan tire and ask them if they were going to make it right with me it ended up that they said they wouldn’t and the guy Got in my face and told me to get out. so I will never go back there again
Great service! very friendly staff and cheap as well as the mechanics take pride in what they do and is very respectful on working on your stuff to make sure it's done really good.
Here is my experience....I pay $50 to have my vehicle towed there because of car stalling at stop light with a no crank situation. All lights work battery checked out fine and can hear starter moving. I decide I would like to pinpoint problem before randomly replacing parts. They call next day and say your starter is not engaging your flywheel. You need to replace your starter. I say how do you know the starter is bad? Tim says, "because that is what is most likely the problem. I say so you didnt check if the starter is bad or if its something else? He says there is no way to do that because it doesnt start..So you just want to charge me $300 to replace something and tell me there is no way to check if the starter is bad until we replace it?
Tim and his crew are the best! It's great to take your vehicle to someone who is honest and also gives you warnings about things that may be upcoming problems for you. Highly recommend him.
