They came out in a timely manner to get my wife's car off of 23 on a blind curve at rush hour after she hit a deer. They got us to a safe place and waited with us for the MHP to show up. They steered me in the right direction as I wanted just to pay them out of pocket and was not thinking about the insurance side of the tow. They were great as far as to get the car cleaned out and released to the insurance company the next day.
Rescue Towing & Recovery exist in a temporal plane separate to our own. 90 minutes to them is four hours. One hour is six. When calling, one may claim to be an associate of this company. Do not be fooled. They themselves are an anomaly. Living in a dimension above our own where time flows much differently.
Do NOT use this towing company. Both my husband and I had spoken to Kaleb at Rescue Towing a few times to arrange for a tow of a 1988 Grand Marquis (huge car) that doesn't run and has flat tires. We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. He said we stated the car would be in the driveway, which we absolutely never said. Kaleb and this company are shady and I would not recommend!
Rescue Towing & Recovery was incredibly helpful and professional. Our van was overheating and needed to get towed to a Chrysler dealership. The closest one that showed on the map was 20 miles away. When the owner arrived, he let us know that there was actually a new Chrysler dealership literally right around the corner! (Thanks, Google Maps.) Our van had cooled down enough to drive it the short distance, and he had us follow him there. Re could have had the business but instead did us a huge favor and, at his expense, saved us a good amount of money. We tried to give him some money but he wouldn't take it. We don't live anywhere near there and will probably never see him or his company again, yet he did the kind and helpful thing. I definitely recommend Rescue Towing & Recovery!
The wait time was a little lengthy but when I called for an update the rep was nice and efficient. The driver was friendly and knew his stuff! The car was delivered to the dealership with no problems!
This place is awful. I was in an accident and they are who the Monroe sherif had pick up my vehicle. The office person was nice and allowed my mom to go back however the owner came and was not so nice and made her leave and would not allow her to grab my personal belongings and told her it would cost $1000 to get my stuff. I called the guy was rude to me and said there is not one tow company that will allow you to get your belongings without paying a fee. I mentioned the Michigan government website states that in the state of Michigan the first visit to the vehicle to inspect items and to obtain things is free after the company can charge. The owner said that's not true. I reached out to my bank whom also stated I should be able to obtain my items. When I called the sherif back he said that it's 200$ plus the title to get my stuff back or I can take it to court. The officer told me my mom could get my stuff later on then after the fact changed his story and said that he told us she had to wait at the scene to get stuff from car at the scene. This sherif told my parents to go ahead and follow the ambulance to the hospital. I would not recommend this place what so ever.
Absolutely awful experience.
Rescue Towing destroyed the yard by driving their tow truck through it instead of using wheel lift to move the vehicle onto a more stable surface (the driveway).
0/10 would recommend.

Rescue Towing driver decided that the soaking wet grass in the yard would be a much better place to drive.
We watched the driver get stuck and then refuse to give a business card after the damages.
By far one of the best tow companies around. Very professional drivers and new equipment. I've used them several times and it's always fast service at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys for the great customer service.
Since Triple AAA couldn’t find anyone willing to do a “Long Tow” these folks stepped up & was willing to help. 90 miles from home & at midnight on the weekend, no problem they said. Came picked us up along highway & took us 90 miles safely to my home. The gentleman was gracious enough to stop at truck stop for a few minute break since we had been sitting along the highway for 2.5 hours sorting the situation out. I would recommend “Rescue Towing” if your in southern Michigan/Toledo area.

These guys are incredible. Car was dead in my driveway and jumping it with my other vehicle wasn't working. Called them to tow the car to Delkers since they work with them.
The driver came out and offered to jump my car which worked. And then he even called auto zone for me to make sure I could drive there to get a new battery.
They went above and beyond. Will be using them exclusively from here on out. Extremely impressed.
