Went here today to get a new headlight, well an exchange really since I'd bought the wrong one. Maiya and Craig both were a great help as my vehicle's light was hard to track down.
I do shop there when I need parts but neither of them knew that yet they still gave me their full attention as if I was buying a cart full of parts. Thank you Maiya and Craig.
This location is wonderful! The staff is super helpful and knows their stuff. We've been there many times and this last time, we had Breanna help us right at closing time and she was super!! Highly recommend!
Kind of expensive for a battery but the guy did put it in for me I did tip them though too and paid over $200 for a battery Little pricey but the service was awesome
Worst service was with Craig and Kayla they were extremely rude to us as customers and also overhead how rude they both were to their fellow employees. Never would I go there again.
The girls up there working are great but the older short guy who I think is the manager really needs to adjust his attitude when it comes to dealing with paying customers. I walk in an he's just in a nasty mood. Autozone needs to hire more customer friendly managers.
Probably just another autozone policy but arguably a cheap and stupid one. They must keep the box on new parts when you're trading in the core. Like the box has a deposit or something. But this means you end up walking out of the store with a 200$ part(starter) and no box... what a ridiculous policy. So much for protecting the new part.
I generally like auto zone, but this location is the absolute worst!! Each time I walk in there's some employee laying over the counter like their hung over, or high! Otherwise they just hire the laziest and rudest people they can find!! I'm so irritated by my experiences here that I am now going to O'Reillys auto parts instead. So much better experience there! Don't give auto zone your business!! They simply don't deserve it!!!!
Was in on the evening of Jan 9th. Both associate and manager refused to open a pack of o rings before I bought to make sure they were going to fit. They stated it’s against store policy and I’d have to buy them before we could confirm for. First I’ve ever heard of this and since I’ve been a frequent Autozone customer most of my life, I knew it to be untrue. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to flatrock Autozone and it was no issue. Thanks to the flatrock crew. Avoid this Autozone unless you know exactly what you need, atleast from my experience, they didn’t really want to help nor did they really know anything.
I call an ask if they do price matching there and she says no our store does not. I'm confused because I thought that all autozone stores are supposed to operate under the same guidelines. I guess not. I will not be shopping at this one. Also I paid 6 dollars for the same exact spark plug that this place here was charging 13 dollars for. I mean come on man. Who's gonna shop here when you guys won't even price match.
I needed help with my opening my hood. It was stuck. And I needed help with removing my headlights, and they helped me out, no problem. Thank You again for your help.
Was having a bad day, popped a tire in the parking lot after shopping in the store. John came out and got tools out of his personal vehicle and helped out, made a bad day much better. Thank you!!
They didn’t have the Fram oil filter, but they did have the STP oil filter. I must say the John Deere dealership did not have the oil filter either. The people working here were friendly and helpful.
Fred, Ashley, and the entire crew are just awesome to deal with! Always pleasant, always helpful. Carleton has a LOT of enthusiasts and DIY’ers and the right parts aren’t always cut-and-dried. They are always ready to “dig” to get the right parts. The store is an asset to our little town!!
Ive been to a lot of autozones and the Carleton autozone is the only one I will ever do business with from here on out.They are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. This store is so clean and well stocked. The one girl that works there I think her name is Terra is incredible, not only is she very helpful but she has the most beautiful smile that makes you forget about all the work you gotta do to your truck. I will definitely be back.
Best experience of my life, Terra, Ashley and my boy Keagan. Showed me how someone should be treated when they need help. Will be coming here over FlatRock or Monroe. They have your back on what you need, they will get you your part.
The cashier was very nice and sweet, all of the staff is very fun and helpful. Very clean store and great service! The one cashier is hot too which is also a bonus : )
