Wanted to leave this review solely based on the experience I received working with Christian (hope I spelled his name right). Called to inquire about a part for my truck. Christian was stellar as far as answering my questions and asking me all the right questions to make sure we had the right parts ordered. Got the part ordered and found out it was missing some components. Called Christian back with my frustrations, he helped setup a flawless replacement of the parts with the correct complete assembly and followed up with me every step of the way! Had the parts ready in time for a long holiday weekend for me to get them installed!

Tried to order a driveshaft for my truck paid $400 for them to order a used one gave him all the info needed to order told him it was a 1 piece for a 2500hd gave him wheel base measurements driveshaft measurements what speed the transmission was year make model... said he would call when it arrived wait a week hear nothing call them and they said it was ready for pickup and been for a cpl days. Go to pick up my part and it's a 2 piece for a 1500 with the longer wheel base. No problem I'll just see if they can get me the right part or I'll just get a refund after an online search at partsgeek.com found my driveshaft brand new in 2 min for the same price as the rusted up 2 piece they tried to sell me. So to get a refund you have to call a 1800 # give the party's extension that sold you the wrong part and I explained everything and still couldn't wrap my head around how bad he messed up order my part to begin with for someone that makes a living doing so. He said no problem you should get your refund in 5-10 days .... and now I'm even more pissed because it took half a second for them to take my money but now holding it for 5-10 days. I'm never doing business with them again.

Waited to come home from Colorado to replace a bent rim from an accident. Walked in expecting to have to order one, they had it in stock at a price cheaper than other online options, wheel was in perfect condition with pressure sensor and logo center cap, everyone was super nice from the front to back parts pickup to cashier. First time I’ve been there in like 15-20 years, I’m sure it won’t be the last ;)

Great service. Drove 3 hours to find our part was all scratched even though the rep said it was not. They did reduce the price for us. And understandably do not guarantee paint. Wish we had known about the scratches though. We still purchased the part and it was a perfect match! Will do Service with them again when needed.

Overall, our experience has been poor. I ordered a transmission for my mother in law last Wednesday 09/25. Our mechanic got the new transmission on Friday but it was busted. Found out later that the inventory notes had not been read by the sales representative. We were told the next lowest mileage they had had a 54,000 mile transmission when we originally ordered a 33,000 mile transmission. Now my mother in laws car is still sitting and can’t be worked on until this weekend. I ended up calling Olivia and she offered to give me $100 back. I accepted the refund, but will not be using this company again.
