Gave them a call on a Sunday morning. Left a voicemail however never received a return phone call. Maybe they’re not in business anymore or they just don’t value good customer service? Not surprised as this is a very common experience with businesses in the U.P.

Excellent. Dave came out in horrible weather, managed to quickly pull my car out of the snow, and is a nice person as well. I was more than pleased with the service.

When I called, the owner was rude on the phone, & not helpful, & didn't seem to care if I had a problem or not. In my opinion, that is NO way to run a business.
