This is not a thrift store. Some hoarders put an open sign on their house and don’t actually want to sell anything. Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

Way more stuff tonlook at, but SO much is "not ready for pricing" or not accessible.....will jot return

Prices are ridiculous. Smell is bad and I could just picture mice living under the piles of stuff. I was having a hard time breathing. The place needs to be cleaned up and organized. I am surprised the place is not condemned.

Probably the most overstocked "Junque" store I've ever been in. There may be treasures in this group of 3 bldgs but you must be a dedicated treasure hunter. Stuff is piled on top of stuff. Many aisles are inaccessible as there's too much. If searching for that hidden second hand gem, it could be there. My suggestion is wear old clothes and bring a good flashlight.

You definitely need to have plenty of time on your hands to spend looking through things. I love second hand stores to begin with, but this one definitely gives you the treasure hunt experience. There's so much stuff packed into their three buildings. I got a great pair of shoes for a great price and had fun looking!! Be prepared for tight spaces, but if you like a challenge and have patience, you can find some cool stuff. It's a husband and wife that owns the store. I didn't meet the wife the day we went in, but we met the husband, their daughter, and one of their boys. They were all very nice. Definitely recommend if your looking for someone to do. ?

Being a local and growing up going to this store, I will never go back after my last visit. The customer service was not polite at all. You have to be under 5'5" to even walk around in the store, being 5'10" I was hitting my head on everything. You couldn't even move around without almost knocking stuff over, because they have stuff piled high everywhere that you can't even see 90 percent of the stuff they have. Also if you have bad allergies and asthma, DO NOT GO INSIDE. The smell of mold and mildew in there had me about sick. Then on top of everything, the used products they have there are priced as if you are buying it brand new at the store. Not worth visiting!

Awesome place to just wander and get lost in. The three buildings are literally PACKED with various items...everything from camping and skiing gear to clothes and toys. Unfortunately this makes the store extremely hard to navigate in places. Definitely not handicap or even impaired accessible. I've often tripped over things on the floor. The upside of that is there's lots to look at. Prices are comparable to what you'd find on ebay or similar resale sites.

Husband and Wife run this small town 2nd hand store. So much stuff and she knows where everything is at its crazy. From hydrolic jacks to military equipment. They are always so kind and have saved the day multiple times

Don’t waste your time. Although they have many items in store, they’re not for sale. Every time you find some thing, they tell you that they’re only selling it on eBay and they won’t give you the price or option to purchase it in store. Absolutely ridiculous. I grew up, going to this place and turned into a complete joke. They are eBay sellers and that’s it. Do not support them.

A heap mess. I couldn't get through the place to find a deal. It was sad. I used to go there and find everything and anything my heart was or wasn't looking for. But now boxes upon boxes dumped over .

Owners are nice but this place needs a massive remodel etc. It's been the same for 20+ years. Things are packed in everywhere and sometimes not even safe moving around. Think it's so far gone it's no longer a concern for them. Have sold items to the owners over the last few years.

It was a good way to spend some time on a rainy day. It is very crowded and seemed a little dirty. Prices were okay on some stuff but ridiculous on others. They wanted over 30 bucks for a moldy dirty baby carrier with a broken clasp and they weren't open to bartering.

It has a good selection. Excellent maybe but it’s so crowded and disorganized it makes it no fun to shop. It’s like walking into a hoarders house with things piled up and small paths to walk from section to section. They could get rid of half their items and it would still be too much for their space and they have three buildings!

Sooooooo much variety! It’s a big place, don’t get lost!! They have thinks you’ve never even thought of and are sweet great people!!

You can find anything and everything you need, want, and didn't know you needed here! This place is extraordinary and so worth the extra time checking out every little corner to see little treasures hiding! Great prices too.

Total mess in there compared to 10+ years ago. The woman there can find what you may be looking for though. I personally hate going inside. But they have LOTS of stuff! If you'd like to get lost for at least 2-3 hours I'd highly recommend this place. They have 3 buildings FULL OF THINGS, CLOTHES AND MUCH MORE!

I have childhood memories of visiting this place and going to the playground across the street afterward. This is the most unique of all northwestern Michigan's resale stores. Three buildings all filled with stuff. There is a large garage for furniture, appliances and such, a main building with a second story entirely stocked with clothing and knitting supplies. Across the street, they sell lawn gadgets, camouflage coats, records, mason jars, power cords, etc. If you don't mind the clutter, this is an awesome place to go for ANYTHING.

Has some good things, some things are a little more priced than should be but that's my opinion. Way to cluttered and disorganized tough. There’s to much going on and just a tiny path to walk through.

There is very little organization to this shop. Clutter, clutter, clutter...I LOVE IT!!! I am a picker and the best part of picking is the hunt. The wife and I try to get up to Copmish at least once a year to pick this place for things that we might want. You can literally spend the whole day looking over all the stuff they have in the three building that make up this treasure house. I highly recommend that you check this place out. You just may find that needful thing to make your day...

This place has everything. I could spend many hours looking at everything. If you ever set up a yard sale then you know how much work these people have done to run this place. They don't bother you when you just look around. I would like to see some signs letting people know what is the special of the day. I would have to say this is the best thrift store that I have ever been to. The store is very crowded but that is just because they have everything. Today was my first time at this shop and it won't be my last.

They have everything from tires to baby socks to crossbows... This place is hands down effing great!

I stopped in not too long ago, couldn't even walk through the place. It was trashed. It felt like I was on an episode of Hoarders. The owners couldn't be bothered to even say hello, much less let me know any prices as nothing was marked, so I left before I tripped and fell or had something fall on my head. It's too bad because it used to be a pretty awesome place.

They have everything if you're willing to sift through it. Only problem is lack of organization, but if you ask the woman who runs it she knows where everything is at. So somehow it's organized clutter to her.

What a mess. Anything not broken, dirty, or damaged is listed at full retail value. Half of this stuff should just be taken to the dump.

Almost always have what I'm looking for and have always been amazingly helpful! In a small town we have to look out for one another and they definitely do so. Thanks for everything!

This is in response to chris hippensteel's review. We do try to research as much as possible for pricing to guide us. We do not try to get top dollar for our items. We try to always be under the going price anywhere. We guarantee all electronics for at least 30 days. The item he says we ripped him off was a computer speaker system. It was priced at $59.98 but because it did not have the power adaptor we cut the price down to $29.98. That is more than the couple dollars he claims. I was very nice to him. He said it was ok and he would find a cord. I don't understand why he would write such a poor review when this is the way things really happened. Some people just want everything for nothing and when they don't they do things like write poor reviews instead of confronting me.

For a tiny town, it's a must stop location. From antique cast iron kitchen supplies, to military surplus, it has a lot to offer. For anyone looking for M35A2 trucks or other military parts, it's the best shop in Michigan.
