Damage more than they repair. Just horrible . Went in to Replace trans cooler . Then I needed a new radiator which they went ahead and replaced without notifying me. my Radiator was only 2 1/2 years old and had no problems before. Left a trans line dangling rubbing on a pulley . While the tech test drove it. Almost ate a hole in it and they didn't replace it. A quart and a half low on trans fluid when I got it back. Wiring harness dangling. Plastic shields not resecured. Air filter reinstalled with the dirty side up so crap sucked into air intake . No clamp on radiator over flow hose to reservoir sprayed coolant everywhere. The list goes on and on. Mice living in vehicle when I got it back . They suck .☹️ And there's more but I'm tired of typing . Stay away !!!!
Highly recommend Benzie Automotive. I was in town for the holidays and my windshield wipers stopped working. Jay and the team were open on NYE and fixed my car so I could head home on time.
Benzie automotive helped my wife and I in a great time of need. We're from Kalamazoo and were in the area in on a long weekend when we had car trouble. They fit us in on there schedule, allowed us to hang out around their shop with our dogs, got the part they needed same day, and got our car fixed in a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Helped me out in a big way! My wife and I were traveling up north for our anniversary and one of my u-joints started making noise. Went to and called multiple shops up north and couldn't get any help as quickly as I needed it except here. Man on the phone was quite rude. They kept my car for four days. Told me they were waiting on parts, but the parts were available. Refused to give me a timeline on when my car would be fixed. Very disappointed. Will never go back and, if time is an issue don't go to Benzie automotive
These guys are the real deal. They're honest, fast and have great prices .You don't have to worry about them trying to sell you things you don't need....I've never felt like I was getting a straight story from a mechanic before now. Highly recommend. We've used them for my F150 as well as our F250 Diesel.

Great process on parts. I always give them a chance when looking for parts. Not always the cheapest but have bet Internet prices. Orders can usually be honored next day.
