Mr. Muffler just saved our day, yet again. Our luck always dictates that our vehicle won't need work done until it's right before a holiday weekend. They've always been wonderful, but today took the cake. Got the vehicle to them as they opened, and got her back same day.. For an amazing price! Thank you again Mr. Muffler for being the dependable, go to shop in Romeo/Washington!

I dropped my Wife's Grand Cherokee off to get the thermostat changed. 140.00 later they told me the thermostat needed to be changed. 133.40 for labor and 160.58 for a 30.00 dollar thermostat and 20.00 dollars for antifreeze even though it wouldn't take a pint the thermostat is on the top of the engine. The inspection was thorough it wasn't necessary and marking up the thermostat 430% is a total ripoff

This place is great! I originally went in for a muffler. After the exhaust inspection it was found i also had cracked resonator. Then on the safety inspection there were some additional items found that could have caused a breakdown on the road. They were able to perform all the repairs within a reasonable time frame and get me back on the road. I will definitely be going back to them when necessary.
Great team over there at Jefferson . Had a horrible exhaust issue that the dealership quoted me much higher then I could afford, but then they recommended Jefferson, (you didn’t hear that from me, he said) called Jefferson, Adam and team were able to get me in the next day . Issues solved and completed in a couple of hours at a reasonable price!!!. Highly recommended great job team !!!!
I experienced some “sticker-shock” when I received the estimate. That being said,, I guess the entire braking system was shot.as pretty much everything needed to be replaced. They used Bosch parts, which I appreciate, and applied a senior discount to the final bill. The brakes work flawlessly and I’m happy with the results. I will use them again.

I had a brake job recently at Jefferson. Service was quick, fair priced, and quality workmanship. I will come back to have them work on my vehicles. They’re honest, friendly and have fair prices.
GREAT team. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends and family. They’re really competitively priced compared to my local chain shop. They’re all very enthusiastic, HONEST, and thoughtful. Jessica at the desk is a great communicator with me as a customer and with the team in the shop, and Adam at the desk has an actual heart of gold (he knows what I mean, very caring, generous guy)!
The only nitpick I have is that they’re closed on weekends… if they were able to invest in a good weekend crew or find the time to remain open on weekends even from, say 6a-1p, I think it would be so much better for the customer and for their business all around. Just my opinion, and one based in just a nitpick.

Brought my car here to get some flange bolts taking care of they did more than I expected, which is great.They did a full inspection and let me know what was going on with my vehicle with no pressure to fix any of it other than what I authorized. I highly recomment this shop
Nikolai, the service mgr. was great. Very professional and polite. Jefferson repaired my windshield wipers arm assembly. I dropped off my truck and Nikolai gave me a ride home. Very fair price for the repair.
I stopped in without an appointment because my car battery died, and they were able to squeeze me in right away. Adam was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and made the whole process stress-free. He went out of his way to make it happen for me, and I really appreciated the fast, friendly service. Highly recommend this shop!
Great service! Highly recommend. I dropped my car off the night before. They have a secure drop box. They called me with a price to get my ok before doing the work. They fixed a couple other things they noticed needed replacing, that I had been meaning to take care of. Very thorough, friendly, reasonable prices. Going back when my front brakes need replacing! This is the garage you want to take your cars to. Everybody at Jefferson is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They are also very accommodating and fast with their services. Since Mr. Muffler has closed down and Jefferson auto has taken over. I had been skeptical about still taking my vehicle here since they are a new mechanic to me and i didn't know the quality of their work.
WAS I WRONG!! I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and by 9:45 Monday morning I had an inspection that was sent to me online with pictures that had arrows and descriptions indicating what was wrong with my vehicle. I found this very helpful to be able to see what was wrong as well as have a description of why it needed to be fixed.
I called and spoke with Jessica and she was able to give me a price for the work and guaranteed that it would be done by Wednesday. Sure enough they called Wednesday morning, saying that the car was done and ready for pick up! 💯
Fast-forward a few days later, and I get a follow up text asking how the performance of the vehicle has been after their repair work.
This is the first mechanic that I have been to that showed this level of customer service. I very much value their honesty, fair pricing, and efficiency in getting me back on the road in a quickly!

A few months ago I took my car there after searching for a mechanic Noone wants to fix my car because it was a Volkswagen, they got no problem on fixing it for me and really good people work there, they not gonna lie and try to make you fix stuff that no need to , I'm happy I took my car there. Recently took my SUV to Mr. Muffler in Romeo. Great experience from start to finish. Service advisor was attentive. Able to make an appointment. They had my vehicle fixed in a timely fashion.
