Not as good as it use to be

My first experience using this company was 7 years ago. Excellent service and very reliable. Other family members have used this company for vehicle transport over the past 7 years and have also had a great experience!

The team at USA Auto Transport was a pleasure to work with. I recently had them move two cars from Michigan To Southwest Florida. Rick and Debbie handled the move professionally and kept me informed as to the timing of the delivery. Kenny, the transport Driver delivered the cars in perfect condition. I was very pleased and will use them in the future.

This is a good company. You can rest assured that your car will be well taken care of, im happy with the service.

We tried really hard to give them a chance....4 transports later - we are DONE! We were promised if we went with them rather then a transport company (one that we used to use was a broker) we would pay a little more BUT that they employee their drivers and we wouldn't have ANY issues. Well I guess we are bad luck then, because EVERY transport had some "emergency" which caused delays or early pick ups. I wish them well, because I know many and support many small business owners but PLEASE work on your customer service....when YOU change the pick up day ( for a 2 month old reservation) less then 15 hours before the new pick up time (causing customers to lose a day of their vacstion) please make sure the driver then actually shows up.....and doesn't make the customer wait 15 hours. If you are going to charge an "extra fee" for a person to come pick up a customers car but because YOU change the pick up day and the actually transport driver has to pick up the car instead DO NOT still charge for this service that they didnt receive. Sad it didn't work out yet again....

I was quoted $995 all inclusive of all charges, Orlando to Utica, for shipping my SUV. They required my SUV to be at The Parking Spot at the Orlando Airport on a Wed. They would then pick it up by Fri. and would be available for me to pick it up on Mon. in Utica. We had to cut our stay by 4 days to accommodate this requirement. My SUV did not arrive in Utica until Thurs. and I had to pay additional $50 for parking at the Airport. ( so much for all inclusive ) After paying $1046, a form was presented to me to sign. Rick yelled from a back office " do not give him the key unless he signs it" and " we don't guarantee any arrival time " Fortunately, my key was already given to me and we left. Obviously, since they have your vehicle and the key you are at their mercy. Pay, sign or else no car!. About 1/2 hour later Rick phoned me and told me he was calling the police to report my SUV stolen and have me arrested for not signing his form. Bad, Bad Experience. Avoid this company like the Plague Bill Mckenzie, Windsor, On.

I hired USA Tire to ship my SUV from Florida to Michigan in July of 2016. I chose them as they were the cheapest transporter I could find and they were local to me. The vehicle was shipped up within a few days of the date I was given. I picked my vehicle up right before closing and headed home to find out that the roof rack had been shattered in transport and the roof had been dented. I contacted USA Tire the next morning where I was asked to provide pictures of the damage. I sent photos from before it left Florida, and of the damage. I never received a reply so I phoned them again to find out if they would make things right. They said since the vehicle was signed for they won't do anything for me. Terrible way to do business, and I was not encouraged to look at my vehicle before signing. Buyer be warned, inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving USA tire and don't expect them to do the right thing.
