This place is a mixed bag for truckers. Today is looking like 4 hours to get loaded. It’s not always that slow. The amount of loose scrap debris leads to high likelihood of tire damage. That’s consistent for this place. Long wheel base won’t be fun due to having to do a tight(ish) turnaround after you scale. Overall the people have at least been nice.
I gave them two stars cause of Quick loaded Once your check in! But it is not safe place for drivers. There’s Everywhere holes, good lucky.
I wouldn’t Recommend to the drivers after me.
They make everything simple and easy! Best place to drop off your unwanted metals. Be warned though, the place is a little tight, especially when crowded
Drivers: Tight place.
Enter at 2nd entrance if on left, 1st entrance if to your right. There’s high black & green signs pointing & saying which is which.
Lots of truck traffic, so would be wisest, to mind them, I suggest.
Wait to get scaled & go into office. They’re cool in there.
I had a load that another driver also had, that happened to cancel. & had gotten another load, & was here a total of 5 hours+.
Saturdays are very busy here. One of the few yards open on the weekend. That being said, it moves along fairly well.
Clean out your garage and get cash for your old lawnmower, edger or any other metal you have laying around.
