Shadiest towing business around - DO NOT GO - DO NOT CALL - please do anything else than go here. They held my car for two days after thye picked it up, instead of taking it to the dealer as I requested. Called and harassed about taking it to their shady repair shop instead - multiple times. Why not just take it to the dealer when you first picked up the car? The dealer was less than 3 miles away, and they billed me $1,175. Absolute scammers, I would not trust anytrhing they say.
Had a tow scheduled for anywhere between 75-105 minutes. Understandable since it was rush hour. Once we got a tow in route, it changed to an additional 74 minutes after waiting 2 hours already. When I called, the dispatcher "Donna", she told me the tow was en route and it would be there in 15 minutes. Another 45 minutes later, I called she put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called right back and she hung up again. I called from my husbands phone and she answered right away. I told her i was just trying to see something and asked again about the time she said it would be en route and 15 minutes away. We finally got our tow. Total time 3 hrs and 30mins. After our drop off was delayed because the tow driver was on the phone and couldn't drop the car. I will not go through them again.
Three other companies failed to show up in Saint Clair Shores. It was so aggravating. Not only did this guy show up. He was supposed to be there in two hours and he changed it to one hour. If you live anywhere around Saint Clair Shores, and you need help towing call “U WIN TOWING”, Big thanks to Brad the driver he was awesome.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Hanover/citizens insurance dispatched this company for a tow. They left me stranded for 4 hours when the estimate was originally 90 mins. The lady who answers the phone is rude and plays games. They scheduled other pick ups ahead of me and kept pushing the time back with no care or concern for us being stranded.
I needed a ride to my local dealership, about half an hour away, to have my car repaired this morning. Eduardo came to pick up me and my vehicle after AAA left me stranded for more than 4 and half hours. He was kind, professional, courteous, and a safe driver. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I'm very grateful!
I was stranded on the service drive it's was dark & I felt unsafe. I used my Verizon Roadside app to get assistance, within 10 minutes they found U Win Towing. I have them a call and told the dispatcher about my surroundings. She expedited the call & had someone there within 30 minutes, the initial estimated time was 1hr 1/2. Many thanks to them.

I needed a tow tonight from the side of the interstate. I called and was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes. After 20, I called another company. Uwin called 50 minutes after my call, when my car was already in my driveway by another company. I will never call this company again. I know who to call now.
This company was called by Michelin Flat Tore Assistance for me. They arrived within 30 minutes, had my car loaded and to the shop in less than an hour. Kareem was professional and quick. I am older and was fairly anxious but Kareem was kind and measuring. PERFECT.
I was broke down in the middle of Garfield road due to the recent storm and water stalling my engine. Triple A was giving me the run around and my battery completely drained. I didn’t call “U Win Towing” but he stopped to help when no one else would, asking for nothing in return. Humility and compassion is a dying breed. I can only say, you would be smart to give this man your business and spread the word. This is an exceptional company.
I was stranded last night and after 3 different towing companies strung me along for over an hour each (and cancelling last minute), U Win towing came to the rescue. Left me Stranded for 5 hours, i called numerous times to keep in touch and they kept telling me im next in line and id be helped soon.
finally after 4 hours i called and was told that he was in the area then when it became 5 hours i called and they said that there was a “medical emergency” with the driver hours beforehand so i was completely lied to and left out stranded
I’m a single disabled father and my roadside assistance would only tow 5 miles. It was 8 miles to my house and they charged me $90 $30 a mile to bring it the rest of the way I’m on a fixed home and I called to ask how you can charge me $30 a mile to tow it and she said she has no idea Little update the towing company reached out to me today and are looking into this issue. It shows me that they made a mistake and are trying to make it right i appreciate there management team for reaching out i used u win in the past with no problems i will update
Jacob (I believe that's his name ... it was late and I was very tired) was pleasant, friendly, and so helpful last night. He arrived within the predicted time frame. He was exceptionally skilled at backing into my driveway even though it was a tight fit with all the cars in the street. He didn't disturb even one blast of grass. He took the time to take a look at the issue and set my mind at ease and then skillfully loaded the vehicle on the truck. I am very pleased with my service and would highly recommend U Win Towing!
Had a problem with a fuel bloc on my tractor on I-95
Had to get a towing to nearest kenworth , when he gave me quote to pull tractor and trailer to nearest kenworth i could not Believe how afforadble price was.
(had nightmares in indiana recently did not want to relive that experience again)

Not sure the drivers name but was such a friendly guy. The truck was stuck in my work parking lot after it decided to crank no start and misbehave. It's a 2006 F350 and pretty long and tough for a tow truck to get up. The driver was super friendly and even laughed with me about the issues it was having! Really helped me get through the situation since that truck was my everything, would recommend for anything you need!
Brian went above and beyond to protect my vehicle and get it off of weird situation behind my house. My car went into a little cliff of mud and sand and got stuck on the way out. He was able to take the heavy truck out efficiently without futher damage.

Fast and friendly! I didn't pick them but was assigned them through my progressive roadside. Progressive told me 60-90 minutes but, Robert arrived to me in under 30. Just awesome. I rode in his cab to discount tire. The truck was clean on the inside as well as the out! Good work folks!
