Shout out to Brian who came to my rescue when I broke down unexpectedly. He got me safely out of the middle of the road. He was in the right spot at the right time and I’m very grateful. He was so kind!
I expected service within an hour and a half or so, but the tow truck ended up coming after 2 hours and more. This would have been fine had they let us know that they were running late, but when I called to check the status on our service, the service I received was absolutely terrible. She was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice before I got to address any further questions I had. I was extremely dissatisfied with how they handled their lack of punctuation, but the driver himself did a good job transporting my vehicle. Overall my main complaint lies with the lady that picked up our call providing absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Very disappointed in this company. Mary who answered the phone was rude and lied about time. They had issues and didn’t contact me to let me know. I was told half a hour and waited over 4 hours in the below freezing temperatures.Driver barely spoke to me. When he got the car to my house he left the car in the street with keys in ignition and left without talking to me or giving me any paperwork while I was waiting right there and wanted car in driveway. I would never recommend them. Very unprofessional.
Don't deserve the one star I gave them. Driver total AMATEUR CANT BACK A TRUCK WITHOUT WAKING THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD TO MOVE THIER VEHICLES. THEN PROCEEDED TO DRIVE OVER MY LAWN, FLIP MY DAUGHTER OFF, WOULDNT DIM HIS LIGHTS FOR ONCOMING TRAFFIC. And this is not the first time. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I slid into a curb this morning due to slick roads and through progressive this company was sent out to tow my car, the drivers name was Lee. He was very nice and professional. The driver was at my location an hour after I requested service which I thought was pretty fast. I also received text updates which was nice. I appreciate the help!
Win was dispatched by my direct auto insurance. Not very organized: I received my first ETA via confirmation text message, 60 minutes. Then I called Win to inquire about the ETA, and was told there was one drop off ahead of me, 30-45 minutes longer. Then I called back about 50 minutes later to hear that there was a jump start ahead of me, 20 more minutes. When I asked the person on the phone why my 1st and 2nd ETAs were incorrect she said, “I guess he went to someone else.” I’m still waiting in a ditch, luckily a family member was able to pick up my 3 year old, and I hope the arrive when they said they would, for the third time. If you need something quick and reliable, look elsewhere. Utica VanDyke towing may be a better experience.
David from U Win Towing came out quickly after my car died. Service was exceptional. He knows what he's doing and he's about getting it done right even if trouble comes up. I appreciate that. The price was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend this company.

I had an issue that no other tow company could solve—or even wanted to try. After calling around and getting nowhere, Danny from U WIN Towing stepped up and promised me that they would be able to do what no other tow company could after five service visits. They were polite, prompt, professional, and genuinely determined to help. Not only did Dennis, my tow operator show up quickly, but he handled the situation with skill and confidence that immediately put me at ease.

These guys towed my box 3 weeks ago and after multiple attempts to contact them about the damage they caused on my $2600 toolbox they will not return my phone calls. Do not let these guys tow your toolbox they will destroy it and then ignore you
The UWin tow service guy was the best! He was very positive, personal and professional. He was an expert at carefully loading our vehicle onto the flatbed without scrapping the bottom and handled our vehicle with extreme care.

Waited an hour for a tow, tow truck driver arrived & pulled way far up in front of vehicle on the freeway. After walking all the way up to his vehicle and speaking directly with the driver, he drove away. He claimed the other vehicle’s tow truck was in the way, I informed him it was not and there was plenty of space. He didn’t even verify, just took off and told his dispatch the police had it under control. ?? The police don’t tow, and you didn’t speak to anyone other than me. You were on scene for a total of the 5 minutes it took me to walk along the freeway up to your tow truck. Highly do not recommend this company. Now waiting another 1-2 hours with my children on a busy Detroit freeway. Thanks so much.

This company was dispatched through AAA when I called for roadside assistance. I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who came to help. He was kind, knowledgeable, quick, and prepared. Would not hesitate to use them again.

When you're stranded it's the worst feeling my truck had an issue and I won with u win. Great communication quick service from an expert with over 20 years of towing experience and honestly I couldn't beat the price. Why pay more for less service? Thanks Brian and Danny I appreciate everything.
Shadiest towing business around - DO NOT GO - DO NOT CALL - please do anything else than go here. They held my car for two days after thye picked it up, instead of taking it to the dealer as I requested. Called and harassed about taking it to their shady repair shop instead - multiple times. Why not just take it to the dealer when you first picked up the car? The dealer was less than 3 miles away, and they billed me $1,175. Absolute scammers, I would not trust anytrhing they say.
Three other companies failed to show up in Saint Clair Shores. It was so aggravating. Not only did this guy show up. He was supposed to be there in two hours and he changed it to one hour. If you live anywhere around Saint Clair Shores, and you need help towing call “U WIN TOWING”, Big thanks to Brad the driver he was awesome.
I needed a ride to my local dealership, about half an hour away, to have my car repaired this morning. Eduardo came to pick up me and my vehicle after AAA left me stranded for more than 4 and half hours. He was kind, professional, courteous, and a safe driver. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I'm very grateful!
I was stranded on the service drive it's was dark & I felt unsafe. I used my Verizon Roadside app to get assistance, within 10 minutes they found U Win Towing. I have them a call and told the dispatcher about my surroundings. She expedited the call & had someone there within 30 minutes, the initial estimated time was 1hr 1/2. Many thanks to them.
Jacob (I believe that's his name ... it was late and I was very tired) was pleasant, friendly, and so helpful last night. He arrived within the predicted time frame. He was exceptionally skilled at backing into my driveway even though it was a tight fit with all the cars in the street. He didn't disturb even one blast of grass. He took the time to take a look at the issue and set my mind at ease and then skillfully loaded the vehicle on the truck. I am very pleased with my service and would highly recommend U Win Towing!
Not sure the drivers name but was such a friendly guy. The truck was stuck in my work parking lot after it decided to crank no start and misbehave. It's a 2006 F350 and pretty long and tough for a tow truck to get up. The driver was super friendly and even laughed with me about the issues it was having! Really helped me get through the situation since that truck was my everything, would recommend for anything you need!
Brian went above and beyond to protect my vehicle and get it off of weird situation behind my house. My car went into a little cliff of mud and sand and got stuck on the way out. He was able to take the heavy truck out efficiently without futher damage.
Rob was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did he do a great job getting my son’s car out of the ditch but called to make sure he was ok and chatted with him when he arrived to drop the car off. U WIN TOWING IS #1!
Fast and friendly! I didn't pick them but was assigned them through my progressive roadside. Progressive told me 60-90 minutes but, Robert arrived to me in under 30. Just awesome. I rode in his cab to discount tire. The truck was clean on the inside as well as the out! Good work folks!
