Driver got there faster than they said they would be there. The driver (forgive me I forgot his name) was very nice and courteous. I unfortunately have had to be towed a few times and this was honestly the safest I felt in a tow truck. Thank you for the quick response! Keep up the amazing work!

Got a flat on 1/5/26 from the giant pothole from the Sheetz construction on 9 Mile & Beaconsfield in Eastpointe. Got towed to Belle Tire on Gratiot in Roseville. $110. Kinda pricey but I was in a pinch and other towing companies were giving me the runaround.
Belle Tire was annoying trying to sell me two tires but I was able to just get the one replaced same night with no issues.
Had to get our car towed and this was the first place to answer our phone call. They ended up coming to us on good timing and took it where we needed, was very gentle with the car and nice to us. Thank you!
I called for a tow on Saturday afternoon, was told they’d be there in 20 minutes. They were there in 20 minutes very impressive. Jesse did an excellent job getting my car out of the garage onto the flatbed in a narrow driveway. He delivered it to the designated shop, unloaded very professionally with no damage
After getting screwed over yesterday by the company Ford Roadside called out I scheduled a tow appointment with Van’s. Driver was not only on time but a little early. Huge plus. Driver was professional and took great care loading and unloading my vehicle. Company communicated well and provided a fair price. Will definitely call again when in need of service.

I had a delivery of a high end car and couldn’t get to the customers house with my truck. Due to the nature of the car the owner wanted to keep it off the salty roads where he lived (understandable) I reached out to vans towing and they sent Matt out to assist transferring the car from my tractor trailer to the customer’s driveway. Matt knocked it out of the park! They had the right equipment for the job and made my delivery effortless! I don’t have enough good things to say about these guys but they are top notch!!
