They didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to in time, but they were very apologetic and gave me an exact time the next day which I appreciate. They were within 15 minutes of the time.
I came across this business and it’s many “5 star” reviews and thought I’d found the best place to scrap my truck but unfortunately that’s not the case. They claim to pick up in “60 minutes”, however after I called and placed a pick-up for the NEXT day, they still did not show up. I called them to find out what the issue was and they seemed to have no clue or care as to why my pickup time was not honored. Actually they told me calling wasn’t going to “solve the problem” as if they were the ones that were frustrated and they told me they weren’t going to “go back and forth” simply because I called more than once to check for any updates on the situation. Which was uncalled for/rude seeing as to how respectful I stayed during this whole ordeal. What kind of customer service is that? This establishment is all over the place. They make you deal with the tow company and their dispatch, opposed to them calling directly and handling the problem for you. That method was equally unhelpful and no one seems to communicate with one another to be able to coordinate a proper pickup. Tow company called me once nearly 2 hours after my scheduled pickup and I missed the call by 2 minutes and of course they never answered or returned my calls. Half of my whole day was wasted sitting around waiting for nothing. I’m not one to leave bad reviews AT ALL so I’m really hoping they address this problem, would have loved to give them my business.
I just called to see what they would offer. I was very skeptical. But the guy on the phone, I believe his name was Dave, was so nice and pleasant I went ahead and offered the car. He answered quickly, he was very nice and instantly gave me an offer, set up the appointment and they will be here shortly. Great customer service. It just make the customer feel good. And if I shall need this service again, I know who to call.
This went way better than I thought it would. I called in the morning, and they said they could have someone there the same day. The only negative part of the experience was that the guy coming to get the car was late, so I had to call again and see what was going on. Once he showed up, he was really quick and I received the agreed upon amount of cash quoted to me over the phone. I highly recommend them if you want to get rid of an old junker that doesn't run or if you just don't want to be bothered with trying to sell an old car on Craigslist, etc and don't need to get as much money as possible.
Called late on a Thursday to inquire about dumping my son's '94 Ford Ranger on them. I live about 35 minutes away, they were there before 10 the next morning just as they had said. The truck had been parked in my back yard for months, and access wasn't exactly routine. Jim was the driver, he was great. Didn't complain about where the truck was, just went and got it. He was friendly, professional and quick. I got 200 bucks cash, and he got my son's dump. This is the place guys. Dont even look around. My third go around, and they're great. Happy scrappin'--PC.

I loved this place! They were quick to answer and give me a quote. Once they told me what they would give me for the car (which was more than any other place I googled and called) and I agreed to it , they set me up with an appointment. I received a call to show proof of title and they offered if I was available to come earlier than my actual appointment that was originally in the afternoon which worked out great for me I had the rest of my day and it was done. It was fast , easy , they hauled the vehicle themselves and the man who came to pick up the vehicle was pleasant as well. Great service! I'll definitely be calling them again!
This place is great for getting your car out fast, I called and they were able to give me cash for my car within 30 minutes! Definitely the fastest service I’ve seen and it’s way easier than taking care of the car yourself. 5/5 will definitely use this service for the rest of my junk cars in the future.
My parents had an old van they hadn’t used in years, they finally decided to get rid of it and I called Cars4Cash and they were able to take care of it without any hassle. They were able to pick the car up for me and paid us for the car also.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. Cars4Cash was extremely friendly when I called to get a quote. I have never scrapped a car before and had no idea what to expect. I have heard horror stories from friends though so I was a little apprehensive. The man I spoke to on the phone was so nice and answered all of my questions. He didn't treat me like an annoyance either. I got my quote and was told that the towing company would call me back shortly. When the towing company called, I asked what the latest pickup time could be because I still had to go get a replacement title from SOS and we all know how long that can take. The lady told me 4:30pm and it was around 2pm when we spoke. I told her I didn't think I would make it but I would let her know. So I sat at SOS for hours, got my title and checked the time. It was 4:37pm. I called the towing company anyways and asked if there was ANY way they could still make it. She said someone would be right there! Literally 15 minutes later there was a very pleasant tow truck driver at my car. I signed the title and he handed me cash! This was the most simple transaction I could have imagined and everyone I dealt with throughout the process was kind. If I ever need to scrap a car again I will surely call Cars4Cash and I will direct all of my friends to them as well. Thank you so much!
Setting up was easy just told them what kind of car I had and whether it had the catalytic converter. They told me what I was getting. the driver showed up he was friendly and professional. Paid me cash and I don't have to shovel snow off of it over this winter
They were very busy and they knew I was on a very tight timeline. They made sure I was placed in a slot that wasn’t easy for them but they made it work. Even with the hectic, hurried pace he was pleasant and friendly while staying professional. I wouldn’t expect this kind of service (especially when they are obviously incredibly busy enough to turn one away!!!!) from any business, but they seemed to care about my situation instead of there own. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars
GLR went above and beyond getting my vehicle towed out of my yard. 1st company wanted to charge me xtra for the tow. I spoke with Curtis (from GLR) he contacted another company....that came out on Saturday....no questions asked....and pulled the vehicle out! I’m very pleased with GLR. I will recommend them to my family and friends!
I've had to have a few cars towed to salvage yards. I was hesitant to go with cars 4 cash as too commercial. But this was the easiest transaction I've had around a car. Thanks. (Not sure why but the local salvage yard only offered about half as much for my car.)

I was mildly concerned about how this experience would play out simply because I had not used a service like this before and didn’t know what to expect. I was trying to scrap my car and get anything I could out of it because I had gotten as much out of it as I could and, frankly, didn’t trust it to get me anywhere anymore. They were kind and courteous over the phone, worked out all the details with me, and were able to set up a pickup time that worked with my schedule. This was a good choice and now I have some extra cash to put towards my new vehicle.
