My company work van broke down in manistique Thursday afternoon while I was on way home. My company said it was going to be a day or two before I could get a tow until I gave Jack at North Point Repair a call. He arrived an hour after calling and towed my work van home (5 hours one way) He was outstanding in every way and had the proper equipment to haul. 10/10 would highly recommend.
My car wouldn't start after a brief visit to Grand Marais. I called North Point for help, and they drove nearly 60 miles one way to diagnose the problem. Haley got the car started with her battery accessory, and we followed her back to the shop. They tested all possible issues that could cause our problem and replaced the battery in record time! I am so impressed with this company. If you have car problems in the Newberry area you won't get better or friendlier service anywhere else. North Point is the BEST! Huge shoutout out to north point repair LLC they were super fast, friendly, and affordable! They worked with me even every way possible to help me get home safely. I highly recommend them! They are based out of newberry but came to me in rexton at 10:00 pm. I won’t hesitate to give them a call next time I’m in a pinch. You shouldn’t either!🙂
The team at North Point were A plus! They were able to get to my disabled vehicle within 1 1/2 hours and worked quickly to retrieve my vehicle from deep snow using a grader. Very friendly interactions with the crew. If you ever get stuck in the UP near the Soo, North Point should be your first call!
Great experience. Owner saved us on the side of the road when my company truck broke down. Made time to take us to the nearest rental place which ended up being in Escanaba. Very thankful for the great service

Broke down on the trail in the middle of the night, the owner Jack came out and towed us back then drove us back to our truck. Highly recommend calling if you are broke down
Jack came to my rescue after hours and responded VERY quickly!!!! I was stranded and in need of auto repair, he towed me and fixed my car within an hour! Top notch guy, very knowable, friendly and made me feel like everything would be ok! And it was!!!! I can’t say enough great things about him and his business!! If you need towing service or auto repair, this is your guy!! CALL HIM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!!!

I got my crew cab dually stuck a few hundred feet into a field and called them at 8:05 on a Friday night and he made it to me by 8:40, brought a tracked snow cat, it towed my truck out of 3 ft of snow like it was a toy. Still had time to make it to dinner lol. If ur in need of a tow, ur stuck, or whatever, I absolutely stand behind recommending North point Repair!

I needed a wrecker in a remote area! They were quick to respond, knowledgeable in how to extract my One ton dually with a VPlow from the bushes. Damage free extraction. Jack knows his stuff!! I highly recommend his company and best of all, he was affordable and made sure I made it back on the county road!
