Ive been using Mazurs for years. I had my 09 Buick Lacrosse in there this week for fuel lines. Chris showed me everything that is going on with the vehicle. We came up with a plan for the repairs. They are always honest and upfront .

We took my 2500HD GMC serria here and I was shocked at the end result! Got charged full price for a tire rotation and they didn't even rotate my tires! And when calling and asking about this they couldn't even say!!! Then I had to wait all weekend to get a response! So Monday gets here and by 1pm I still didn't hear back from them yet! So I called and he was nice at first said he would call me back after he talked to his guys in the shop I said that's fine and thank you. I got a call back and he said he would give me 20$ of the 138$ rotation because they rotated hold my tires!

Brought my wife's car to Mazur's after another repair facility kept giving me the run around for 3 weeks. Called Dave and he assured me he could get the repair completed within a week, since my rental coverage was ending. He worked with me to get the tow organized, had it towed within the day, and worked with the insurance company to figure out repair details. They had the repair completed within days! It looks and runs as if it never happened. Thanks Dave and Mazur's for turning this around so quickly and the great work!

Wow. What a first impression. We just moved to the area last year and didn't have a car repair shop. My wife's brakes were completely worn down and Jacob got me in right away, diagnosed, got me an estimate. Also found some other deferred maintenance to clean up. Car came back all better! We will definitely be back!

I took my car for a switch on my broken side mirror. They explain cost/estimated time beforehand and everything moved as expected. Good service, clean area, clear advice. Nothing wrong or weird. Good place to go and have your car repaired!

Another great repair experience at Mazur’s. From the time the issue was identified (with pictures for the customer to view) to making an appointment and securing a rental car my experience was a 5 star one. The repair was done quickly and Ken and crew were polite, helpful professionals once again. Highly recommend!

Took my equinox in because I thought the brakes needed to be replaced. They did a full inspection and sent me a report of things that may need my attention. They were informative but not pushy. I was happy with the work they did! Very convenient and easy to work .

I had broken down , took my vehicle to Mazur's. Let me say for a first experience it was a great one. They got my 1995 F150 up and running. With a truck that old it takes time to get parts and Chris was able to find me OEM parts. They even reset my timing for me. I will be back thank you Chris and Dave for your help!!

Great service and total disclosure on what is needed to be done to my vehicle, including pictures. Having a free rental made it easier to be without my car for a short period of time. I will continue to use Mazur’s when my car is needed of brakes, required maintenance, and repairs.

Bought a Lemon. I had no clue at the time. However, Mazurs took care of my problem. It was like peeling an onion. We just kept finding more problems. But after some time we got it worked out. The guys at Mazurs did a great job taking care of my car and problems. The communication was also top notch. In the end my car is Finally working as it should. I owe that to those good mechanics. It was a long road but I am thankful to Mazurs help and work.

Never had a bad experience here! I love their texting service and they’re usually able to diagnose a problem within the day. They have free rentals which are a huge help. They keep you updated every step of the way and even do a multi point inspection and you can approve or deny jobs through their system. They fixed my focus and some of my families cars as well. I 100% recommend!

I had a fast leak in my tire due to a puncture. They were able to help me out and got me in right away to fix the tire leak. And got me back on the road quickly. 2 months later, I was due for an oil change, so I booked another appointment. I was impressed with the attention to detail of the oil change report, and the service person Jacob, was great. Overall, the experience was much better than dealing with Toyota. More appointment availability, let’s wait time, and a service person that took time to explain things. I will definitely be back! They even had complimentary coffee and other drinks, as well as complementary snacks.

Hi Ken, Everything went really well. My car is no longer experiencing the same issues it was when I brought it in, of which I am very relieved. I appreciated the list of diagnostic "fix-its" that need to be addressed. The guys here were very helpful getting my car all fixed up after a breakdown. The best part is they offer free loaner cars so I was able to get to work without burdening family for a ride. They completed the work a day earlier than anticipated. A month later I had another issue and they had me in and out really quickly free of charge! even on a short notice! They may be pricey but the service provided was worth the cost.

I needed to find a shop to repair my transmission. After looking at reviews of the shops near me Mazur’s looked like the best even though I had never heard of them. I’m glad I did. Very nice, professional and HONEST people. They kept me informed through the entire process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

I could not be more impressed. They repaired my back brakes on my Infinity Q60. They keep me posted by text and telephone. When the car was not done by 6 pm they had a guy stay late and finish the job. They called me at 7am the next day and said the car was ready. Great service!

Neighborhood trusted mechanic with fair prices even Pep Boys or Midas couldn't beat. Get a quote & call around (you'll be wasting your time but you'll see they're as fair as anyone) and the quality of work will not disappoint. Any service you need, convenient and brand new location not far from the previous. Text message communication and everything done digitally/efficiently. 👍
