I went in today had to get calipers. I was told that I needed to bring back the bracket after I went there the one time. Drove back home finished breaks & drive back to return the old parts again… then was told after I get there that I needed the box.
So why was I not informed any of this the first time I called to ask about the part and to return the old part to get the $30 bucks off.
I might as well not go back a third time to return it since I already drove back and fourth twice which equals out four times!
Nice people, but need more knowledgeable kids that work there. So this won’t happen to others. Over and over again. Train accordingly.
My jeep died, had to jump start it every time I needed to use it.
Took it to auto value in North branch Michigan young man there tested my alternator and my battery. My battery was not working. Got a new one. He put it in for me. I had to go home to get the money for it and he trusted me for it that’s crazy but the people who work there were absolutely amazing in an auto parts store definitely should go to North branch Michigan auto value Excellent customer service

Great selection and pricing on batteries. Got exactly what I needed for our lawn tractor. They carry much more than automotive. Have everything one needs for boats, trailers, tractors and lawn equipment.
Very Friendly & helpful. A++ customer service. They don't try and pressure you into buying the little B.S. that the other chain automotive stores always say that you need. Will not go anywhere else after finding this store!
Great place to get parts, the guys are very helpful and down to earth. They carry vp race fuel as well. Pretty good selection of A/N fittings as well as carb rebuild kits.
Would be a 5 star but I pulled in 5 minutes before close and the guy was already locking up, he seen me but continued to lock the door and walk away. First bad thing I e had with this place
Been here many times, and each time has been absolutely awesome! The best experience was when my car was down and they weren't getting the parts delivery in time, I was provided the oppurtunity to pick up the part, 20 miles away, myself to get it done in time. Any other car place would have said "tough luck". Every other time, my part was in stock, or delivered same day. Truly amazing parts store.
