This kind or repair and sales place is a flash from the past with fast service and a friendly how you doing today.
Order a part from them which I was told it was the original part it's the same exact part from Amazon for 90 charge me 150 and had to do their job for them to get the correct part number if I wanted the Amazon junk I would have got it myself. Waited a week and had to call them to make sure it came in never will use this shady business again buyer beware
I have bought parts here multiple times, now it's as a last resort. I call, the greeting is "Yea", they don't know if they have part, without checking he becomes certain of it. I wanted to ask about another part, got hung up on. It's like I interrupted his whole day.
Replaced motor in lawn tractor. Poor job. Leaks oil so bad can't use it. Lot of money for nothing. Broke cowling said it was when I bought it in. Bull. I drove 40 miles to get there because a friend told me they were good.
Great service... Only place that had the part I was looking for. They even stayed open about 10mins late for me since I couldn't get there before they closed.
I've been here a lot over the years. My vehicle is always broken when I come, fixed when I leave and I still have some money in my pocket. I don't have to worry about the quality of work because I never have to come back for the same problem. A+++
This is the only place I trust and buy from most of my life in Lapeer, These guys have just about anything or if not can get parts in a short time period. Very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to solve any issue. I trust no other when it comes to help or parts. 👍👍👍
Very cool that these types of shops still exists . I go there to get what I need at a real great price . They have things u will not get from TSC especially if you like keeping the older stuff running this is a great place to get what you need weather it be new or old.. to some it up if you are a wrench and need that one thing to get something done GO HERE... thanks J&S.
The WORST business I've ever been to, period! I took my riding mower in for a repair and it took over 1 month before they even started fixing it. They called me and said that my starter had a broken mount, which was not the case when I brought it in. When I went to pick it up, I mentioned to the owner what had happened, and before I could finish what I was saying he lit into me with the F bomb a few times. I never once asked him for a discount prior to this. I paid my bill and told him I would never be back, he replied "good". I've been going there for years, always knowing they were rude to customers. I thought it was funny until it happened to me. I can honestly say that I have never been yelled at by a business owner in Lapeer, and I've lived here my entire life. I think you should think about that before you spend your money there.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not one to care about a messy shop floor, I could care less as long as my mower works when I receive it, but I literally watched 4 customers get yelled at while waiting in line.
They have been there forever, looks a mess and unorganized but the guys no what they have and know their stuff. I tell everyone to go there for lawn and garden parts. The guys will do their best to help you out. Never had a bad experience there and I have been going there for 30+ years I think.
I called and got a quote for a part and when I went to pick it up, it was more than double the price I was quoted. The customer service was unprofessional and unfortunately I won’t be shopping for parts there again.
Took 2 pushmowers to b fixed. One for a cable replacement and one for a front axle. Each had 15.00 in parts and 100.00 for maybe 20 minutes of labor for rediculiously easy fixes.. They will b going back because the drive cable is not working.
Was told it would take a week before I got my cub cadet back. It was done in two days. They came highly recommended to me, and I would have to say I will send everyone I know with a lawn mower problem here.
its a mess inside but don't let that throw you, they can get there hands on whatever they're looking for instantly. Prices are fair if not down right cheap for repairs for small engines and blade sharpening. The only place I drop off my chain saws. They tend to be a bit slow but thorough in the end. And the old grumpy cusses behind the counters just snarl, they don't bite.
Worst customer service i have ever gotten anywhere they have no right even having a business they talk down to customers like they are better than you and Adam screams at you if you ask about return or in store credit policy!!!!
