DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! I Left with more car problems when I came and they refused to take accountability for it. They were gonna charge me to look at it again. I ended up taking it somewhere else after they messed it up and after being stranded. Antoher $600 to fix. I was told by the tow truck driver and the new mechanic they should have never suggested a full body throttle cleaning, that that just makes more problems. Also I went there for a coolant leak. After being fixed it was leaking again. No charge the second time but then it happend yet again..still leaking..the third time they wanted to charge me again and it hadn't even been a half a year! And that's yet to be fixed again so more money down the hole!!
The lady, Pat, who answers the phone, is a doll!!! So very patient, caring, and understanding. Also, Bob, who helped make sure the vehicle was explained well to my 18 y/o dtr. Eric also has helped us, in some ways, that were life changing - dramatic - but no lie!!! - for my dtr. I will go to no other auto shop. Diehard customer, as well as my 3 kids, for life!!!

We were headed to go camping and had a massive breakdown on Friday at 4:20pm. We got the truck towed to R E Creations based on a recommendation. A family member came and towed our camper to their house.
Fully expected to have to wait a week or more for repair. After explaining that I just completed chemotherapy for breast cancer and it was our first time being able to get out this summer, R E Creations had it in their hearts to fix our starter. Our truck was ready Saturday morning.
We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. We also fully expected to pay out the butt for this express service and they were 100% beyond fair when charging for their time and service.
We have a few repairs to be done on our other vehicle and are going to go out of our way to take our business to them, with a scheduled appointment of course.

We Purchased a vehicle from this company and owner was extremely dishonest and lied about several issues the vehicle had.We would not recommend this company. Very dishonest company.
Erik is a guy who really loves cars. He's fair and honest. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I want to keep my car running in top form for a long time and I hope Erik will be there because I know that I can trust him. Oh, and they might have a loaner so if you don't have anyone to run you back and forth, you don't need to wait.
I really liked this place. Not only did they take the time to explain the issues, but did so in a way i could comprehend. They were very fair on prices, and did awesome work. My phone has poor service at home, so worked with me on alternate methods of communication (email, text, voicemail). My cars back on the road and all good :)) if i ever need any repairs, or even an oil change I'm going back here!!!! Unfortunately the 1 thing i know they dont have is a way to do alignments but they do have places they can refer to for those. I mainly spoke with Eric and Pat.
I was shocked. Took my car in and discovered it did not cost me as much as I thought. The repair was done with excellence! Thank you Eric for the great job on the repair. Staff is wonderful.

The people at RE Creations are seriously the best. Honesty, integrity and kindness would be some words to describe the people and work that comes out of this shop. Always fair prices, always a great job in a timely manner. Erik always checks to make sure things are in good running order every time I bring my vehicles in and is honest about what repairs need done (if any) and what he will keep an eye on if it's going bad, but isn't quite ready for a repair yet. This is the first an only mechanic shop that I have experienced this at. Really just an amazing buisness.
First time here and they were so extremely nice didn't make me feel like other shops do when dealing with a woman (ya know the talk down they do) They even spoke with my husband about his car and told him how to save money which how many other shops out there would do that? They are so reasonable priced too. I'll recommend them and would take our cars back in the future.
They have done right by us twice now. We came from another area and our previous mechanic was just too far away. We took a chance after seeing other reviews on this place and weren't disappointed. We had such good experiences that we then recommended this place to family members and both of those customers had a good experience, too. Highly recommend.
Owner and staff were extremely polite,honest, and easy to talk to. Very well priced and definitely seem to take pride in there work. There was no BS or pushy sales tacticts with staff or mechanics they simply offer a service and deliver a quality product. Highly recommend next time you need your vehicle serviced!
Eric repeatedly told me how honest he was yet had the nerve to look a 19 year old pregnant woman in the eyes and continue to sell a junk vehicle to her as well as waster her time for months going back and forth to and from his shop. I bought a vehicle from Eric that had a check engine light on, he agreed to fix the engine light. After a couple of months of having my vehicle in and out of his and Lees automotive in Lapeer he told me he “didn’t” know what was wrong with it and could offer me $700 for repairs. I later found out that the repair would cost $4,000 to fix. The audacity to lie or inability to know the resolution to this problem forces me to warn future clients!
This is an excellent place to take your vehicle if you are looking for great service from an honest friendly group of people. They always get us in and out as quickly as reasonably possible. Their prices are fair and they have never tried to get us to do anything other than what needs to be done.
