First off I brought my blown up ram here because of price. I checked other engine shops and they were around 4500 for an engine rebuild. This shop told me $2500. When I dropped it off I was told 4 weeks. Almost 4 months later they got to my truck. I was cool with it so no big deal, they were short staffed. Once I finally got the call I went to pick it up, which I found out they literally just put it back together. When I got there they test drive it which they found a bad caliper and then the second test drive came up with a bad stater. All of that was fine because the truck had sat for awhile. BUT after it was “rebuilt” I was told that they recommend I get numerous other parts to make sure it’s all good which cost me another $900. First time that was ever mentioned. I agreed to it because I wanted a good running truck. Finally get my Truck on the road. Shortly after I get an engine code. My truck is basically running in half cylinders. I’d shut my truck off and start it back up and it was fine. But this same problem happened for over a month. I contacted them and they told Me about the “break in” period so I continued to drive it as they told me to do. The issue actually went away after awhile. The owner tried to contact me to ask how it was. I tried to contact him several times, left messages about my concerns and never got a call back. I followed all of his recommendations with oil type and WIX oil filters. My truck after rebuild only lasted me not even 65000 miles. Don’t get me wrong. I understand my truck is old but if I get a rebuild I expect it to last a lot longer than that. After doing research I found that they don’t actually relaid the engine BUT in fact tare down the engine and only repair what’s wrong and put it back together, spray paint the block and make it look nice. Don’t get me wrong the people in the shop were great and accommodating. My only issue is I expected my truck to last longer then 65000 for the price I paid when an engine shop would have tore the engine down and rebuilt it right and not just parts that were bad. Sorry guys, you were all decent people but my truck wasn’t rebuilt right.

These guys were swamped with work but still took the time to fix my tire. It was a simple fix with a plug due to a nail, but they could've told me to put the spare on and drop the bad tire off. Instead, they took care of it right away. As I was waiting, there were pizzas delivered courtesy of a previous customer. I didn't ask about that repair, but I was pretty sure that it wasn't a tire plug job. That tells you that they make it a habit of treating every customer with care, no matter how big or small the repair may be. It's also a plus to know that I'm supporting an American company run by an American Veteran !!!!!!!!!! Will definitely return as needed in the future.

Worst shop I've ever been to. I took my car in for them to tell me what was wrong they hooked it up I was told he would call me to tell me what was wrong after he looked up the code. After almost two weeks and no call after I called them several times I went into the shop. I said to him you never called me to tell me what's wrong with my car he told me no I didn't because the guy in the back was the one looking at. He was extremely rude, cocky, unprofessional, highly recommend using a different shop. Now my Trans is blown because they wouldn't fix it. Will never go back again.

Brake job on my Silverado done perfectly, done earlier than promised and reasonably priced. Clean shop and properly ran. Be a Patriot and support Patriot

Had my hemi rebuilt here. Process went as described, took them about a month. Drove it home 160 miles no-issues so far. The 2yr/24,000 mile warranty is nice. I'll update my review if any issues arise.

My husband’s co worker told him about an auto shop that does great work and priced reasonably. He took our 1975 corvette to have some engine work performed. They were very customer oriented, knowledgeable and talented with vintage vehicles. It’s been decades since we received customer service like this. Great experience! Called them on short notice and i explain my problem the issues my truck was having I dropped it off now Runs perfect actually better than before Was only two days wait + I feel is somebody that has auto experience. My Challenger needed work, after calling and looking into several repair shops I decided patriot auto was the best choice and after it was done I made the right decision. They listened to my concerns and were very professional. My car is running again so far with no problems. They offer a decent warranty on their work. They had it done pretty quick. I would highly recommend patriot auto for your repairs!

This shop is the best auto repair around. I’ve had my car and my daughter’s car worked on here. Pete, the service manager is amazing. It’s an honest shop where you feel at ease knowing up front what they are going to work on. As soon as they know if there is more work to be done, Pete calls and advises you of cost, time and what can possibly wait if you need to get funds together. There is also a towing service and auto body shop owned by the same owner. I recommend to everyone I know having vehicle issues to call and talk with Pete. The owner, Jason, has been working on cars for most of his life and knows what he’s talking about, if it’s something they don’t do, he will be up front and tell you. It’s nice to see people are still honest and not just out for your money. You will not be disappointed. They also do hemi engine rebuilds. Hands down, best work for your dollar.

Had the guys rebuild my Hemi Grand Cherokee and I'm glad I made the almost 2 hour Drive. Owner was great to deal with and Chris at the front desk is an all-around awesome dude. They were dead on point with their ETA and the truck feels like new. No hiccups. Very helpful through the process. Would definitely recommend any Hemi work to these guys all day. I had an awesome experience at Patriot Auto from the time i drop my 07 Charger to them for an engine rebuild and when it was available. We kept in contact between times and those guys were excellent from the service clerk all the way to the Maintainance crew even the dog was great... The owner Jason was outstanding ( he’s a very very busy person) kudos to that guy for the work that goes on and into that business...... but overall my family and I is very pleased with the work that was done and put into my vehicle, i highly recommend Patriot Auto to any that wants or needs vehicle work, they does it all from body work to oil changes..... I only have great things to say about Patriot Auto Care. Simply put you will not find service like this anywhere else. I brought in my car for the first time, and they were very professional and courteous. They called me back quickly to come and pick up my vehicle. When it came time to pay they informed me that their system was down. So instead of billing me Jason (The Owner) just waived my total! I have never heard or experienced customer care like this ever anywhere else! I have informed all my friends and family and will definitely be back with all my auto repair needs! Jason, you just got a customer for life! Thank you again!

Be warned, thier positive reviews here are suspicious because there were many more bad reviews on Facebook untill they removed the Review Tab from thier page so you can't see the truth, regrets and money wasted by myself and many other customers. I really was optimistic about this place because of them being pro veteran and first responder along with the 1 year warranty. My 3 regrets... I trusted them, I paid cash and I let them rebuild my Hemi Truck was returned to me first time with serious safety issues engine wasn't bolted to one of its mounts instead it was sitting on top of the engine mount precariously hanging by the head of the mounting bolt and the new exhaust manifold hardware I paid for had not been installed it had weak old OEM bolts that are known to break. They happily took it back in and corrected the engine mount issues and said they would install the new bolts I paid for but it came back to me again with old oem bolts instead of the upgraded ones I paid them for and new electrical issues (fuel guage, rear blinkers and reverse lights not working) that they denied could have anything to do with them eventhough it has never had electrical issues. Took it to another shop that discovered an electrical connector in the wiring harness had been unplugged and improperly reconnected 3 inches away from the motor mount. I wanted to speak to the owner but was told he will not be calling and he hasn't. I'm out the money for my new parts I still haven't received and the repairs to my wiring harness that they damaged and refused to fix. Hopefully, my engine doesn't have any issues because I don't trust them to honor the 1 year warranty since they had 2 chances to install the new bolts I paid for and didn't get but the Manager Justin did try and convince me that after 24 hours and one 18 mile drive that new parts will look rusty and old which I know isn't possible. Take a look at my engine mount prior to them fixing it and what they consider new upgraded exhaust manifold bolts.

These guys are awesome. I am a veteran. My friend suggested I go to them for my car repairs. They did excellent work. They walked me through everything. They were fair and reasonable on prices. They fixed my car quick and did it right the first time. I was definitely impressed. I will return there in the future for sure. They are veterans themselves so I felt at ease the moment i went into the shop. I highly recommend them. Thanks Patriot!

Great, friendly service! Quoted what I asked for and gave a very fair price. Once they got into the work, actually called me to let me know I really didn’t need some of the services I’d asked them for! You don’t find honesty like that in too many places these days, but you do at Patriot!!! They were open, honest, courteous and professional...and delivered a great service on time and below budget. Then, reached out to me a few days after the service to check in and make sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. You don’t see customer service like that anywhere anymore. Except Patriot Auto!! I’d recommend their team and services to anyone that’ll listen. And, Veteran owned & operated...support those that sacrificed for you! Great crew, great work, and have my business for any automotive needs going forward.

I got my brake pads changed on my ford vehicle and patriot auto care did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely, professional manner and all of the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Patriot auto really stands by their work, they followed up with me after leaving the shop to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. As a veteran myself, I took advantage of their discount for veterans and first responders- another great perk of giving patriot auto your business. Very satisfied, I will be returning in the future!

Jason was very professional and assisted me whenever I needed and informed me of the whole process. A very nice shop with great staff and unbeatable honesty and prices. I would recommend patriot auto care to everyone I know for the future. He had my 2009 Dodge Ram taken apart and running in 5 days, amazing work.

My experience with Patriot Auto Care has been outstanding. I blew my Hemi engine. After taking it to several mechanics with no real answers, Jason showed me exactly what was wrong with it. He and his crew pulled the engine, rebuilt it, and reinstalled the engine in just over a week even though it was Thanksgiving weekend. The shop was clean, his price was great and the staff were very professional. After the new engine was installed I replaced my heater core. Jason hooked it up for me for free and made sure there were no problems. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer and you can trust him. I am recommending Patriot Auto Care to everyone in the area.
