Lee used to be reliable. Now Lee isn’t doing the repairs, Run the other way. The two guys in the shop aren’t worth $75 an hour. I brought my truck in for a wheel rotation and a tune up. They said it needed a wheel bearing and a tie rod, I told them to fix it if they had time. They said they did. I paid $900 for that. Upon picking it up, it had a new death wobble in the steering at 40, and if I let go of the wheel it immediately goes off road, as well as a gross squealing in the front. I immediately called and set it up to bring it back. I brought it back physically the morning after I picked it up and they told me to “let the parts wear in” and that “it would be ok”. The parts never “wore in”. Now they won’t answer calls or call back to fix their work. I’m beyond disappointed.

I had a nail in my tire, and so my tire went completely flat. The nail was discovered by the tow truck driver whom I assumed to be the owner. He was quick to arrive. He was efficient and was able to plug the hole in the tire without having to use my spare tire. I was completely satisfied with Chetz' service and would definitely use them again and recommend them!
Went up north for the weekend and ran into car problems on the way up. They were able to tow our car and get it looked at on monday. It was not the best news for our car but everyone there was so nice and helpful and they were able to fix our car enough and we made our 2.5 hour drive back home. We are very grateful for everything everyone did for us! From the tow to getting us taken care of first thing on a monday and caring enough to work with us so we could get home and not charge us an arm and a leg. Thank you to everyone at chetz!
I was traveling home when my temperature gauge light went off in my vehicle. Called Chet’z towing and they were able to help with no problems. Said they be to me within 30 min and showed up as promised. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself needing assistance. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank you again!! 😊
