I purchased a chrome exhaust heat shield from Frontier on 10/14/25. I have seen them (Frontier) many times on my way up and down 131 but never had time to stop. I recently removed the muffler, replaced it with a shorty and 4ft straight pipe and 3ft chrome stack. I wanted to add the heat shield just to make it look better and was told by another driver when I was in PA that they give ticket/fines for no heat shield so I had been shopping online as well as stopped into the dealer that services my truck and another aftermarket truck chrome shop and no one had a part in stock. The cheapest part I found (online) was $50 more that at Frontier ! They had it stock and was $121.90 out the door. They have a really nice new building with a lot of chrome accessories, LED lights, and new and used parts. I saw their new batteries were $115 and reconditioned ones were $60 each when you bought 2 or more. Can’t beat that. I got a quote on a hood and some other parts I’m looking for, then got my part and left a very satisfied customer. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you

Order a used instrument for Cascadia and the truck wouldn’t install after installing. Tried to return it and lost $110. Horrible customer service. Sold me a defect part.

Needed bigger tanks for my freightliner. Freightliner wanted over $3k per. Found these guys and they had several options from very used gently used. Called and the coolest sales guy understood that I couldn't afford the gently used and still took a few bucks off the already good price. Freight was cheap. Cost less for my to ship than go pick them up. Call the shop the next morning to tell them they were on the way and guessed it would be a week or so. That very afternoon they called back and said they arrived already! Ordered at 2pm, arrived 2pm the next day! These guys are great and I'll be using them for anything I need. Thanks Frontier! My new tanks are installed and saving me money!

We recently purchased a truck door and frontier delivered! It was exactly as advertised and the guys answered all our questions during the process. I later called back to get some additional information and they were extremely helpful. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Called over here to buy a DT12 transmission and i was told they would not accept a credit card. When i asked why? i was told because of the fee that the credit card company charges, i told him i would pay the extra fee. His answer was no that he would lose his job and only people without money use credit cards anyways. One of the most ignorant things I've heard. the reason we use a credit card is to protect ourselves from being scammed by someone like these people.

Should have called here first, Kenworth had an expected ship date 4-months out. Called frontier they had what I needed and was able to ship immediately, the price beat KW hands down. The parts counter was very knowledgably and went the extra mile to insure I had the right part. Thank you Frontier

Terrible customer service right front the beginning. Bought a bumper online which stated one price to only then get an email stating that I would be charged additional to ship the item freight. When I contacted the company spoke to a representative by the name of Andrew who was unprofessional and rude. You think it would be common sense to sell an item online with the prices already there for the customer to see. As a company who deals regularly with parts you should already know what can be shipped via ground and what can only be shipped by freight based on weight and dimensions. I paid the Additional money to ship the item as I was working on a time sensitive repair for a customer. When I receive the item I find that the item scratched and damaged while in transit from poor packing, more disappointment. I didn’t have time to wait for another bumper or return the item so I took it. A week later I receive a bill from Fed-Ex charging me additional fees. When I call to inquire about this I get the same associate who continues to be in professional and gives me more attitude and sarcastic comments and responses. Been over a week and still no resolution and response to my inquiry. Do yourself a favor and never shop from this place. I will never do business here again.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever dealt with. They never call you back. You'll do all the research and leg work for them. Minimal effort on their part. I spent a week trying getting them different information daily for an axel housing. After an entire WEEK!! YES AN ENTIRE WEEK, of measurement and part #'s they said oh yea we have one. Then I never heard back of course and still haven't gotten a housing from them. What a joke

Was setting outside looking at my 2010 Ram 3500 and thought it was time for a review on your product. Hit a deer 3 years ago and had to replace the stock inner n outer bumper plus grill, headlight,hood and fender repair. For $600 more I decided to replace bumper with your product. 3 years later and it looks like new. Best investment I ever made as far aftermarket parts go. Keep waiting to hit another deer but I think your bumper scares them off.great product!!!!

Don’t use they will rip you off. I purchased a used part from them and it was not working after they had guaranteed it to be good. And after contacting them and sending the part back they are only willing to reimburse me for a fraction of the cost I had paid for the part. I will never use them again and hope I can save other people the headache of dealing with them. By posting this review.

I had a problem trying to get some parts for a 2002 International 4300 here in Chicago and the parts suppliers were not cooperating, till I called Mr. Scott Nyhold at Frontier Auto Parts and my problem was resolved. Very efficient and fast individual, he really helped us to the get the right parts and the job done on time. You will be highly recommended gentleman. Great customer service!!!

All the people who work there are great at what they do.. i give a big thank you and shout out to Cody Owen in sales we got a hydraulic tank from there and it showed on the computer it was sold so he went out of his way to put hands on it for us. Again thank you Cody Owen for all your help. We will be getting everything for our trucks from here from now on.

They didn't have a Volvo 8085559 gauge cluster but they took the time to look. Nice folks near to other salvages.

Easy to get a hold of and good communication, however we were looking to purchase an engine from them and we were shopping around, called them back to place the order as they were the best deal we could find, we were even going to make the 3 hour drive to get the engine our selves. We deal with their light duty yard quite a bit, however when we went place the order for this particular engine, all of a sudden the price jumped by $4000 in the matter of about 4 days, would not work with the price what so ever or honor any part of the quote they had originally given to us. I understand mistakes happen, but that is no way to operate a business by making such a drastic change in price and not will to work with us at all. Ended up getting an engine shipped from California to Chicago for the same price that was initially agreed on. We won't give them a second thought in the future.

I have gotten multiple axle housings from these guys. 1/3 of the price of dealer and they come blasted and painted. Also have gotten Mack spindles for half what dealer wanted. Highly Recommend.
