I was unfortunate to be in a hit and run accident and Bryan from Walker City came out to tow my van and he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and he even helped me out by letting me get back into my van after he towed my van back to their yard because I had forgotten to grab somethings out of my van. I would definitely use them again if I needed a tow again.
I call their number and the guy that answers the phone can't hear a thing I'm trying to explain about towing an employee's vehicle. After a third go-round he was finally able to confirm my request over the road noise in the background. That's when he apologized for not being able to hear because he was currently standing on the side of an active freeway, cleaning up after a car crash and could he call me back on five minutes... And big surprise here- I never heard back and didn't really care to. That interaction only left me with questions about this company I didn't really care to learn more about, like why would anyone answer the phone while standing alongside the highway? And why aren't calls answered by a dispatcher? Call Merle's or Grand Rapids Towing instead.
Ryan came out and changed my tire. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely a nice guy. He was super quick with my tire change. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thanks Ryan!
