My bikes shifter broke and was unable to ride back home. Called all the other towing companies in battle creek and they all wanted ridiculous prices. Was in a desperate situation and M&M came and got me and my bike. Made it home safe and sound. I want to thank M&M for sending Mike to get me. Mike was an excellent help. Very professional, helpful, and caring for the customer and their property. Mike went the extra mile to make sure my bike was secured for the trip home. Mike deserves a raise. Thanks M&M and lastly thank you Mike you’re the man.

Edited 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 you DID get paid. funny thing is the tire is just fine now went a block down the road and had real mechanics fix it because you guys couldn't and we didn't want you working on it to begin with no one asked you to repair anything or look up parts. You did force us to do the paper and I did say I would call the police shows how big of a hot head you are. You forced us to sign a paper under duress to release our vehicle which is illegal. And the tire put on the car fits it just fine. We literally just bought it for the vehicle. And yes YOU wanted the money for a tow but the second we started calling AAA for a tow y'all was gunghoe about putting the new tire on because you were not about to make that tow money. And no one said we didn't have money we just were not about to pay y'all when we can get it done (tow) for free and can do the work at a shop we trust vs a janky shop like you guys run. oh and how will you tow it if you refuse to put the tire back on or let us pu it back on?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 We have gone here for years but after our encounter with them today we will never return. We went for a tire issue. This in turn lead to them refusing to put our tire back on and telling us we can't take our vehicle with us due to "liability reasons". They wouldn't even put it on to get it towed out with our insurance covered tows. They essentially wanted us to pay them to fix the problem, looking up prices when we didn't even discuss them doing work on it. They in turn made us write and sign a paper after I told them he can't hold us or our property hostage and I could call law enforcement and then after forcing us to do the paperwork put the tire back on so we could leave their property. SHOPS CAN NOT HOLD YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU DONT OWE ANYTHING!!!!!!! So we were forced to sign a note under duress in order for them to allow us to leave with our property. They wouldn't even allow us to put our own tire back on which is how it came in. I do not recommend this place for any services. Oh and the shop owner blew up on us screaming "YOU'RE PISSING ME OFF!!!" Because we told him we would call law enforcement if he didn't let us leave with our vehicle. Very professional and makes the customer and their kids feel real safe.
