My car was dead as a doornail and the battery wouldn’t take a charge. My driveway is very hard to navigate. Merl’s arrived quickly with a flatbed within 30 minutes of calling, troubleshooted until they found a solution and were able to get out of the driveway and tow. The customer service was amazing. Adam was knowledgeable and kind. He explained every step he took and didn’t talk down to me like I don’t know what’s under the hood. It was refreshing and pleasant. My go-to towing company in Grand Rapids. It’s one of those things where you have a guy, but you hope you never need them. Thank you!
Super cool guy and all around informative. He was informative and very professional on my ride back with him. Would definitely hire their services again. He knew exactly what he was doing and even managed a difficult drop into my driveway with ease. 100% recommend.
The driver was great. He was able to get the car out from the carport in an apartment complex parking lot. He didn’t have a lot of room to work with and there were people leaving the lot. The price was reasonable for what he had to do. I would use them again.
