I highly recommend this business! This was my first time dealing with needing to get rid of a car that no longer ran. Refreshing to actually speak to a person, rather than dealing with on-line generated offers. Ivan, who runs the place, is great - he's got old school values (not seen with most companies these days) & knows how to treat a customer. Very respectful, professional, offered a fair price & was on time for the pick up. Thanks Ivan, you made the whole process much easier than I had ever imagined!
So I spoke to the gentleman this past Friday he said he was going to meet me at the house between 6:00 and 7:00 I waited never showed up I tried to reach out did not pick up the call I have called a few times does not answer go straight to voicemail it's so unprofessional when you have customers waiting and then you do not answer any of the phone calls
He is a very nice guy; even came to my house and picked me up and dropped me off. My car was junk and he gave me what my car was worth. Highly recommend.
