The guys that work the drive thru have to be the best set of guys in there. Mike, Mason, the twins, and the new kid they are very informative and just good people. They are fast and efficient and get you in and out. The prices are always fair and I'm always satisfied with my experience.
Never go to this place. They are robbing people. I was out doing a job in the area and this long piece of aluminum they only offered me 0.2 a pound. It only weighs like 50 pounds. I get $40 every time for this same piece. It comes from Aldis and I'm doing a project with them. Please avoid going there
Sent my daughter in to drop off some scrap for me . All my aluminum sheet . Cleaned extruded. And contaminated all got threw together for the real low. Sent 1 car battery 4 tractor batteries . $.75 each ..I thought u advertise .come here we will help us get the most . She didn't know any better she came home give me the money ...and I already know should have went myself .. but they definitely didn't help her get the most ...
Rolled my scrap on the scale like I have done for years. Only to here you have to sort it. I said I never have before. they would sort it as they unloaded it. there answer. sort it or you will get only 2cents a pound. so I start rolling it away to sort it only to here we won't take your scrap anymore. very unhelpful and rude. I would never recommend going there.
I had alot of mixed aluminum and stainless and there was a long line behind me but the young guy working the scales seemed to do his best to give me fairly price catagories. Can't complain.
I completely agree with BawkBawk. There's so many variables with that line of work. Way too many to mention. With that said. I've been in there on a number of occasions and would hear different reasons or labeling of products to be cheaper then you KNOW you have. With reading the reply BawkBawk had from the company. It's really hard to tell if they are in on it too. Truly do wonder. Think you scam even a $1 per customer. I'll say 1000+/- per day. I've been did by a hell of alot more. Like everywhere else. Accept it, know who to work with, and know your material.
I don't see how anyone could give these guys less than 5 stars. Great prices, great service, good laughs, what more do you want? Keep on keeping on!!!!!
Seems like some of the employees here are not very honest at all. I can turn in the same exact material on separate occasions and recieve completely different prices for it. Then the employee says "oh it was dirty so we have to classify it as painted". That scrap was about as clean as it gets.
Everybody's really nice here. Load up your old scrap metal and get paid. Haven't been here for a while but with everything going on in the world it's great that people are still nice
