  This is the fourth time I have had to call them about somebody being in my reserved spot at my complex. Every single time it has taken so long to get ahold of somebody and they never send somebody out. but we’re not allowed to use a different service. Just terrible all around I don’t ever leave bad reviews because I know how things can be but my experience with this company has been terrible and I don’t recommend the business to anyone.

  I would not recommend using this company at all. When asked them what happened and where you are....They don't even know they're where any of the roads are..... and hung up on me....

  I needed to book a tow ahead of time and T&J was able to help me out. They also charge a flat-rate which is great for the pocket book. Let them help you out!
