I called a few other towing places before calling Dalays. They answered right away gave me a reasonable price and talked to me as if I was catching up with a friend along the way. Made me feel comfortable and confident I was going to have a positive experience which I did. I would recommend them if your looking to get a tow in a timely manner and have a cool dude to talk to
Randy was quick to help jump my car for reasonable price. He said he likes to treat customers like family and I can say that felt true. He was kind, respectful and taught me about my car. Told me to call him if I had any more issues or questions and he’d come help again!
Much appreciation! Called them around 4am after waiting 3 hours for AAA. Came and attempted to jump my car(wouldnt jump) and got me in connection with a tow in less than an hour!
July 21, 2024, my wife and I needed to call our roadside assistance. They set up a tow with Daly's Towing as the service provider at approximately 10:45 at night, the night of 7/21/24 with an arrival time of 60-90 minutes. After waiting just over two hours, we called our roadside assistant back, and updated them that we had not seen our service provider, so roadside called Dalys and were told that we were already picked up.
I informed roadside that we were not in fact picked up, and still stranded on the road. At this point its been three hours since we were told that we'd be picked up in 60-90 minutes, and roadside apologized and informed us that Dalys was dispatching a new truck to tow our vehicle that should arrive in 20 minutes.
After waiting 30 minutes without seeing a Dalys Tow Truck, my wife and I both tried to call Daly's number, and we both got voicemail. We eventually canceled the service, and called Brock Towing out of Plainwell, whom arrived within 25 minutes of the call.
Dalys never showed up. We couldn't reach them. We were told they told our insurance company they already picked us up. It felt like we were left out for 4 hours just for them to scam money from insurance.
They arrived within 10 minutes and only charged 60.00 for a lockout. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely call them again, if needed. I did get a receipt.
Randy did an Amazing job! He said he would be there in 10mins and he was! The job was done before my daughter could get her money out of her purse. Professional, friendly, fast service with an overall great experience to a stressful situation. Thank you Randy!
Locked my keys in my car, this was the first place that popped up on Google. Daly was to my car within 20 minutes after my call, and unlocked the doors in under 1 minute. Great, professional service and very kind and personable. Highly recommend!

I accidentally locked the keys in my van, I wasgetting ready to leave for work before I noticed they were on the floorboard. I went calling down the list ,they answered promptly and I explained the situation , 20 minutes later be shows up and swiftly opens the vehicle.

Last month I called Daly's for a jump start and at that time I asked for a receipt. I was told they didn't provide written receipts but would send one to my phone. When I went to my insurance company for reimbursement I realized that the so called "receipt" did not contain any identifying information, only the amount of the charge, and of course my insurance company wouldn't accept it. Both myself and my insurance company have been trying ever since to get a proper receipt. For more than a month we have texted, emailed and spoken directly to "Randy" and have gotten nothing but excuses. So if you need a receipt DON'T CALL this company.
Easily the best roadside assistance I have received. Fair price and prompt service, didn't have to wait for hours and get charged an arm and a leg just to open a car door.
Best roadside assistance in town. I had locked myself out of my car and they were able to get me back in my car swiftly and they don’t rip you off with their pricing! Don’t call these greedy tow companies for their services. Contact Daly’s Road Side instead.
