I had never done auto body work before. Tyler walked me through the process and helped me get the right parts for my truck. Tyler is a very friendly and courteous young man. I was impressed with how quickly he responded to all of my texts with the information I needed. All of the parts were used as is all I did was buff and wax.
Javier was extremely helpful when I was looking for a good used engine for my car. I went to pick up the engine and every person I had contact with was very polite and helpful. I will go back to Morris Rose for future projects!
This place was amazing! I bent my rim and needed a new one after a flat tire on the highway. (Gotta love MI potholes) This place was the only one within hours to keep mine in stock! So nice and easy to work with as well! And pricepoint was great!
Easily found the radio for my Honda I needed on carparts. Morris did not mis-represent and I picked up after chat confirmed and took a deposit. Communication was excellent and I felt confident they would support activation if I had issues or allow me to return it if it could not.

They worked so well with my husband’s need for a tail gate. We paid a fair price and it works great. So easy to install with camera and electronics. They even took the time to match the color using the vin number.

I have used Morris Rose auto several times in the past. Each time I wonder, "Why don't I use them more often?"
Being a frugal man, I like to purchase reliable and recycled auto parts. Recently, the starter motor on my daughter's Volvo S40 went out. The car currently has 260K miles on it. Runs good. There is also no sense in purchasing a $250 starter for it when I can get one at Morris Rose for $95.
After removing my old started and bringing it in for the core charge, I realized that I neglected to remove a quick connector from the old motor to put on the new one. Javier was so helpful and pulled my old core out the next day so I could get that connector.

This once was a great yard but now its online, no personal service, rude staff that basically has a attitude because u didn't do there job online. To bad these old businesses don't give customer service anymore.

I bought a certified used transmission for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Dec 2023. It came with a 3 yr unlimited miles warranty. A year and a half later now and it started sputtering and needed to be replaced. My guy spencer went above and beyond to find me another one quickly and we were able to get the defect one swapped out and replaced in about two weeks. I'm glad i purchased the $1000 labor coverage as well, it helped with covering costs and keeping some $$ in my pocket while not being able to work the past few weeks. Great selection of parts and if they don’t have them, Olivia will try and find them for you and usually finds them. Also, very reasonably priced parts especially if your car needs a part that is on backorder at the dealer. I don’t hesitate to recommend anyone to get ahold of Olivia or any one else there for great service, quality parts, and great pricing.
I had been looking around for a part for my CT6. I am in California and found it here at Morris Rose auto parts. They packed it perfectly and carefully and it arrived in a timely manner. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had great old school customer service! Olivia was very helpful and responded with importance as if I placed a million dollar order! I recommend this place to all. My wife has a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Recently, we lost connectivity to Android Auto/Car Play and bluetooth access to our phones.
We were going to take it to the dealer, but decided that I would try to swap out the head unit to see if that would resolve the issue.
I did several searches for replacement units - the dealer price was about $3,500, just for the part! Online searches for salvage parts were anywhere from about $60 to $500.
Car-part.com had a couple available from Morris Rose in Kalamazoo for $55. I called to confirm that the part was still available and in working condition. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. I was told that they warranty their parts so I could buy without worry. After tax and shipping, the total cost was about $100, which was more than fair.
The part arrived within a few days and was in excellent condition! I had bought a trim removal kit a few days before, as well as manual on crutchfield to see exactly how to remove the head unit. All told, the swap took about 15 minutes and everything was immediately working again, all for less than $120 total.
I would gladly use Morris Rose again, without hesitation. Thanks!

Morris Rose Auto parts has access to parts,switches,controller pieces , doors..etc. I would give them a 4.5 Star rating...they usually will ha e or can it your parts if available to them. As , well they have an Ebay sales spot.
