Very friendly and helpful staff. Derek drove me home while waiting for my car to be worked on and when I called to say I screwed up and forgot my keys, he drove and brought them. Above and beyond service.
The guy at JD auto super friendly very honest I keep on going back to him and refer him whenever I can they replaced my engine. They fixed lots of wiring on my vehicles.

Hands down, without a doubt, the best, most honest and reliable mechanic shop around. The wife and I have used this shop on multiple occasions now for both repairs and maintenance and they have always done great work and they do it quick. Called them first thing this morning when my truck began making a concerning sound in the front end and they got me in immediately. The problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes of arriving. I was given a more than fair estimate and got a text a few hours later notifying me my repair is already complete. I will never go anywhere else at this point. They fixed the air suspension on our cadillac the same day we dropped it off when nobody else would even look at it. Very friendly staff who treats you like family rather than just another faceless customer. Look no further, best shop in the mitten! Make these guys your go to mechanics.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars there in the last past year went there to get a simple fix this last time The mechanic verbally told me he wasn’t gonna charge me labor for adding a light. He was just going to charge me for the lightbulb. I get to the register expecting to pay the $337 and of course the lightbulb get to the register an its an extra 70 for a light lightbulb and labor, which I’m OK with paying for the lightbulb, but I was under the impression. The mechanic told me that I wasn’t paying for the labor. The manager made me very uncomfortable an insinuating that I was trying to get everything for free when I was told verbally from the The mechanic one thing if I was gonna be charged $70 for labor and a lightbulb I would’ve opt out of getting it there… Long story short, they are not good to people that spend money with them on a long-term basis you are just another car and a debit card to them

Drop my car off with an intermittent ABS speed sensor problem. They actually took the time and pinned it down. Got a little worried because it took them the full day, but unlike most dealerships I’ve dealt with or mechanics still paid the same price they quoted at the beginning of inspection and got okayed for the repair for a price. I was more than happy to pay and was actually kind of shocked for how well of service. They were quick thorough and didn’t keep jacking up the price for difficult diagnostic they definitely found a new repeat customer.
They do really awesome work, they go above and beyond. Quick turnarounds on fixes and they work with the costumer on problems I’ve had a lot of mechanics shops for my vehicles but theses guys provide the service I’ve ever had
I had my brakes done before coming here air was in my break line I had one whole tire that needed a break and rotor they were so busy I explained I was trying to get a hour or so away. They got me right in and took great care of my issue. Very professional and reasonable with prices I appreciate you guys.
I’ve been to JD twice now and both times they’ve been very professional and easy going. Both times I’ve went there I did not have an appointment but they never held it against me and still looked at my car quickly. I haven’t had any problems with the work they’ve done and they’ve been very fair. So glad to have found a local mechanic I can trust!
If you want honest, affordable and people who listen and care, GO HERE! Had issues with my car for a week, tried to fix it myself to no avail, gave them a call on Thursday evening, dropped the car off Friday and all my issues were fixed by the afternoon and at such a reasonable rate! I will ALWAYS come back here. Too many other places are out for themselves, not this place, not at all!! Keep up the amazing service! This is what this world needs! I love how kind and quick they are. Derek is a rockstar along with the rest of the crew. I never want to take my vehicle to another repair shop again. They won’t scam you on repairs, I have a family of mechanics who all live hours from me and when I call about repairs to them I tell them what JD Auto is doing and what they are charging, my family says it’s a fair price. I love this place.
I broke down with a flat tire right next to JD Auto and was pretty much stranded had they not helped. I never caught the name of the person who helped me and put my spare (donut) tire on but they were awesome! I was so relieved and grateful that they lent a hand to me. The staff I interacted with were super friendly and I definitely know where I’ll be going next for any repairs!
Fantastic service! I showed up on a Saturday afternoon needing an emergency repair quickly, with almost no notice, and they had my car in immediately (seriously, within minutes). I then realized I didn't have my wheel lock key, though that was no problem for these guys, they were able to replace two suspension components with the wheel on in under 45 min for cheaper than what Midas quoted me and Midas said I'd have to wait several days before bringing my car in. I'm blown away by their customer service and expertise!
