Worst experience I ever had.
In my heart. Could never recommend Auto Doctor. Promises kept going down and price kept going up. 1 star . At most. I junked the vehicle after 9 months. Transmission work was so bad didn't trust to drive it out of town. Sorry you can't recall anything. So Im thinking there's no sense talking g about it. I have no more money
I am very pleased to say they explain to make you understand and he tells you what are priorities and what can wait. Oh and another thing! I didn’t pay a higher amount after the job was done.
I'm glad Discount Tire cross threaded my stud so I could be introduced to Bill and Beth at Auto Doctor. They are extremely friendly and are customer oriented. Bill showed me the stud that was damaged and explained what they did to get the job done right. I would not hesitate to return here for future service.

1. My first experience was getting a seal replaced on my right front drive axle. When the parts supplier shipped in the new seal, they took one look at it and could see it was low quality compared to the Toyota OEM seal. So they called me and told me the situation and said they wanted extra time to order in a seal from Toyota. I really appreciated this because I had another shop in Jackson replace the same seal in a different Toyota of mine and they used the aftermarket seal and it did not last long.
2. My second experience was getting my struts replaced. They use top of the line Monroe struts which I agreed to. Afterwards, when I hit a deep rolling dump like pulling into a parking lot, the strut spring would hit the inner wheel well. They scheduled me back in to have the struts replaced again at no cost. Monroe must have had some kind of engineering flaw for my vehicle, so they had to use a set of new Gabriel Struts which worked great..
Monroe is sending a Rep out to the shop to go over the issue they encountered.. Moral of the story, Auto Doctor's will take care of the customer and will do what is right to make happy.
Bill is very honest, so any lady can trust that he will not over charge or perform unnecessary work...

These are my go-to auto mechanics. Fair estimates and fast turn-around. I have never had issues. They even sent me a tow once and it was the fastest I have ever had.
Very nice people, helped me out with some stuff when I got myself into a jam. However, when it comes to diagnosing unknown issues I cannot recommend. They were quick to replace parts and take my money, but when the issue wasn’t resolved “looked” at my car for another 2 weeks, for free, and told me they couldn’t find anything. Had to take it to another shop when I got home because it was leaking transmission fluid. Not saying they caused the leak, but they definitely didn’t notice it, which makes me wonder how closely they looked at it over those 2 weeks.
At Auto Doctor I was immediately impressed with their attentiveness with my auto concerns. Their prices are very reasonable and they are one of the most professional, personable, and helpful auto maintenance shops that I have done business with. They are thorough and they make you feel like family.
Always kind, speedy, honest and fairly priced!! I never hesitate to take my car there. As a female I have had service centers try and do unneeded costly repairs. Auto doctor will tell you what should be done now and what can wait. Love this family owned, America loving auto care!!!
I LOVE Auto Doctor's. I grew up in a tiny town with a great local mechanic that was always honest and fair. I've been looking for a mechanic like that that I can trust without a doubt, and they've proven time and time again that they are that kind of a shop. Their respect from the people in the community comes from a genuine place of honesty and integrity. I recommend them to everyone, especially women who are afraid that they'll be taken advantage of during a car fix. I have never once thought for a second that I was paying too much just because I'm a woman and didn't know enough to call their bluff.
I have never had service as great as auto doctor. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car exactly what they were doing to fix it pricing was good I would highly recommend this service
These guys got me in when others couldn't. I know why, they don't mess around. They get the job done. Sure mine was a farely easy fix I couldn't do myself. Still in and out. I will call on them again when I can't do myself.
Wow! Bill is FANTASTIC and upfront. Told me exactly what was needed and replaced it quickly. Told me shelf price versus what he could get the part for, saved me money and time and the result was PERFECT. My road car is back up and riding like the day I bought her. Thanks BILL!!
We've been going to the auto doctor for years. This trip was transmission issues. While it took longer than we expected, there was also more parts needed than we anticipated as well. They didnt sell us parts we didnt need and didnt try to tell us the car needed more just to jack up the price. Let me tell ya, my car isnt prestine, it needs some TLC. But we told Bill and Beth what we needed and they fixed just that. No guilt for not fixing everything and they kept us informed of what was happening/taking time. The transmission is now running great and as always, I am very happy with their service. Highly recommend The Auto Doctor.
