The quality of work on my 5th wheel hitch was great, but insure you empty your vehicle, things will come up missing and if you enquire about it, you will be highly disrespected, I will never use this company again

I had these guys work on my boat trailer. The work that was done was decent. I wasn't all that impressed with the welds, but it pulls better and quieter. Decent price also, total was exactly what they quoted me. I always appreciate that.

I went in there looking for a new hitch because I thought my new truck needed one. One of the associates told me that I had the correct hitch. He explained to me that my truck would settle and the trailer would become level. Sure enough, he was right and saved me $35.00. Then he backed my trailer out of the parking lot for me. I had a very positive experience at Hitches and More.
I went here to get a estimate for a hitch. Got what I thought to be a OK price on the owners business card in HIS handwriting with the exact make and model of the hitch. Scheduled the date to have it installed. I called the day before to make sure they got everything in for the next day install... ten minutes later I got a phone call back from the owner Gregg saying that he cant do that hitch for the price he wrote down and that he never talked about the particular hitch I wanted even though he wrote the exact model on his business card that he gave me. Just a side note... he was yelling into the phone and his final words were... we are not going to do your hitch. I then told him Thank you for showing your true colors, so I didn't have to do business with him. I have come to the conclusion that he either he didn't know how to install this hitch or he has NO customer service skills! Thanks again Gregg (owner), Camping World did a AWESOME job on my hitch and for $100 less than what I would have spent at your dump of a shop!!!!
