This place is amazing on every level of customer service! Everyone here is so nice and very helpful and always go over and beyond the normal. I tell everyone I know about this place and to always check them out first, very fair and less expensive than most places out there that will talk you into things that are so unnecessary. That have always made myself and wife so extremely uncomfortable and relaxed with the service and we always know they will take care of us !!
The service was outstanding. Owners are very knowledgeable. Great family run business. Not a very big fan of repair shops. But I felt very comfortable from start to end.
IN MY OPINION. The price of fixing one side of a front end problem was expensive. took almost a whole day to get finished. Got there when opened at 8 they said they'd order the part at 9 and it was almost 3 when I was able to get my car.
I have been going to G Forge since they opened in Vandercook Lake and have followed them to West Avenue in Jackson They are honest reasonably priced Courteous, helpful Do excellent work And always go out of their way to help you I wouldn’t go anywhere else

problem diagnosed quickly. upon disassembly they found more problems they handled everything with the warranty company and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. kept me in the loop from start to finish
Went online and scheduled an appointment for brake work. I expected to need replacement parts on all four wheels. After their inspection, they advised to only work on the rear brakes as the front brakes were still in good condition. Work was completed quickly, and the cost was obviously lower than I originally expected.

This team NEVER disappoints! The people at G-Force are efficient, honest, hardworking, and professional. I have personally worked with Dillon and Wendy multiple times, and they have always gotten me scheduled promptly and billed me fairly. I was recently scheduled to have four new tires and one new rim, and when I checked out, they alerted me that I did not end up needing the new rim, so they gave me a full refund for the part. I found this to be extremely honest and considerate, as I may not have known the difference, to be quite frank. I trust them, and I am a loyal customer.
