This shop was recomended to me by another doesel shop. These guys Don't know anything about 7.3l powerstroke. Truck needed little work done. Told me since it has over 300,000 miles it's not worth the work, mine as well just get rid of it... truck is very worth it. Infant I own 3 of these specific trucks.
These guys were easy to work with. Gave me a couple options. Very fair priced. Did not try getting over on me because I was a women. Will definitely use again! Thank you so much!!!
I took my 2011 Buick Enclave to Luke because every mechanic I went to in Jackson could not figure out what was wrong with the car.They all dropped the ball and gave up! Luke said to me he would fix my car. He wasn’t lying, they fixed my car! Don’t go anywhere else, you can trust all of them at L and A. They go above and beyond for you.
Needed travel trailer towed 38 mi I carry rv rd side service giving me 100 towing miles and $500.00 to cover charges. 96hrs of AAA and towing companies where companies were unable to either tow it or they wanted to charge me on top of the 500. Unbelievable how companies can get away with practically stealing societies financials... shaking my damn head not impressed. Goodluck if you need them.
I had my car towed in because of an issue with power. They had it for 4 days, did multiple testing, several test drives. Unfortunately they couldn't find anything wrong. I say unfortunately because of the issues I was having. But they were accommodating, patient with my many phone calls. And didn't charge me a dime. Highly recommend.
Great place to get your car fix honestly. They are not going to try and fix something that is broken. I have taken my work trucks and my personal vehicle there. State forward up front cost. Great to deal with and friendly.

I had to get a new transmission and was told by the dealership to take it there. They were very friendly and communicative with updates. The longest thing was getting my warranty company to approve the coverage for my new transmission and they called me as soon as it was approved and ordered the part. I got my vehicle back within 24 hours of the approximate date they said it was finished. I would highly recommend and will continue to go to them in the future.
We use L&A for fleet maintenance and repairs at my company. They are always so quick with their work and haven't had any issues after the service. Happy to do business with them.!
There were several issues with my old Jeep Wrangler. Luke and team were communicative and thorough in diagnosing repairs. I have never had a vehicle repaired so quickly. I believe this team has a great deal of integrity and concern for their clients. L&A will have my business for all vehicle issues in the future - thanks for being an auto repair we can trust!

I called this company to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle brakes looked at. From the very beginning of the conversation the guy who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. Not once was he helpful or willing to work out a time I could bring my vehicle in to be diagnosed. He acted as if my business was very important to him so I will take it else where and so should you.
I've been bringing my vehicle's here for years great service and trusting Luke explains to you what needs to be fixed right now and what might be needing service in the near future so a you can budget things I always bring a vehicle to him to check out before I buy. Like I said great service.
I have never had a problem taking my cars here. I've always had great service and honest work and a fair price. Saved big in my timing chain compared to what the dealership was going to charge me.

Yes the place is filthy, but what do you expect, it is a garage; There is oil, fluids, fuel, grease and all other manor of dirty stuff in there. (All needed for the job)
Another review said that the place being dirty was a downside, I see it as they do fast work, and have lower prices for the same quality as other shops in town. So the way I see it, they spend more time working on your car, and less time running the vacuum. That being said, my 4 year old daughter runs around there and doesn't get "filthy" Luke has never raised his voice to me, or anyone else that i have seen in there, and if he called you a liar, it is likely because you tried to pull a fast one on them.
We have had every car we have had serviced by l and a and he always is reasonable priced and gets the work done in decent time and they are respectable. i dislike reading all the negativity you are do in ng a great job
I've been doing business with Luke for four years. His prices are reasonable, his work is good. I always leave there happy and satisfied. He has a lot of repeat business by other customers who also have commented that they would go no where else.
I just moved to Jackson County and brought my car to get serviced here. (big mistake) I have never had such awful and rude service in my life. I don't know how this place is still in business. Luke (the owner) said he "fixed" my car, yet the problem was even worst. He wouldn't refund me, told me he was all booked up and I would have to wait 1 month before I could bring my car back in. He had no respect for myself, consistently raised his voice, called me a liar and and told me "come back in a month even though I fixed your car". Not to mention the place was filthy. L & A is the worst business I have ever been too. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
