I've had to use Jimmie's 3 times now in the last few months. Super impressed. They are always friendly, personable and my car is never damaged. I've heard horror stories about towing companies in the past. I will never use any other company. They definitely have my business for life.
I just want to say I had fantastic service from the 4201 store! I was delivering packages and got stuck in one of those 1/2 mile driveways. I called 911 because that is policy. They sent a calm gentleman. Lord knows I was panicking. My driver came and assessed the situation and said “you’re going to follow me.” He reversed all that way! The driveway was by no means straight. I was throughly impressed! He is awesome and made my day! Thank you again!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thorough and honest service, helpful staff, reasonable pricing. Had tow-away service and the tech towing me troubleshot even though it was pretty cold out. Paul in the service department is great and super communicative when I called for updates. Helpful staff all around, plus there is a very adorable dog there. My issue with my Kia Sportage turned into a bit of a head-scratcher but the outcome was great and I drove away happy.
Beautiful experience with Jimmie’s today. ETA was spot on and the hookup and go was as quick and as professionally done as I’ve ever seen it. Great equipment, Beautiful truck with an operator (Jason) who was respectful, knowledgeable and just wasn’t the typical “mad-at-the-world” grouch. He got me to my destination with no problem and no xtra damage to the vehicle. I’m definitely glad this company was chosen to perform the service and if ever needed again I do hope they’re available. Class Act….
Spoke with a representative during the week about moving a piece of equipment on the weekend. I was give a fair price and was told to just call an hour ahead....I called and hour ahead and told it would be more than an hour. No problem, waited two hours before calling..was told it would be another 45 minutes...waited another hour before calling...was told that the 2nd shift driver was due to be there any minute and as soon as he got there he would just have to do his pre trip and be on his way....I cancelled at this point because I felt there was no one actually coming. Very disappointed
I had a tough situation and needed my van picked up from a parking lot. Jimmy’s Towing stepped up in a big way. They were fast, understanding, and gave me the best price they could. They went out of their way to help me when they didn’t have to, and that meant a lot. Solid people and solid service.
My car was totaled and brought to this establishment that night I went in so I could get personal belongings and have the car released to the insurance company. Next day I went in again in daylight to go thru my car and to assure nothing else was needed for the release of the vehicle and was assured nothing was needed. So after about the 4th day my insurance company called me and said I needed to go to jimmy’s and sign a release form so I went. When I got there I was met by a lady who identified as the manager I explained why I was there and I got complete attitude! All the employees that saw/heard what went on was silent except one employee he came to the counter and allowed me to write my information so I could show insurance I had been here. Upon doing so she said abruptly I don’t need your information!! I said I was almost finished when she said it don’t matter I’m going to throw it away anyway!! I took a photo of it and she proceeded to throw me out and mind you I am a customer with a vehicle on this lot!! I would not do business here or recommend this establishment to anyone!
Great people, wonderful service, gave no charge and dropped us off at the Towing Company that grabbed our car before they got to it, super kind and helpful!
Don’t take your car here unless you want to get scammed. I had to get the same problem fixed on my car twice in less than a year. They also said I needed new brakes, calipers, and rotors after spending $1000 for a second time. Took it to another shop, none of that was needed. DONT TAKE YOU CAR HERE UNLESS YOURE PREPARED TO SPEND THOUSANDS IN REPAIRS THAT ARENT NEEDED. They also forgot my car was there so it was there almost two weeks. This place is a hot mess, I recommend Irish hills in Brooklyn. Take your car ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
As a first-time customer, I was blown away by the kindness & generosity of this business. They offered me an incredible discount and went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. It's rare to find such genuine customer service these days, made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Jimmies helped me to have my vehicle towed away FROM Phelps, who slammed the window in my face, hung up on me and were very rude when I said I’d get another opinion.
Jimmies was so helpful. The driver, Trey was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help with my vehicle and getting it somewhere safe. They also are reasonably priced for a longer tow and not going to charge you an arm and a leg if insurance is out of the question!

Let me tell you how they massaged me and stole my money.They came out to repair my truck. I told them what it needed to be replaced over the phone.They said they would call me back in ten minutes.And they did not sent the truck out there without the parked took fifteen minutes to look it over to see what it needed, and it needed the belt like I told him they left for about forty five minutes and came back with the park.Then, the guy acted like he didn't know, have the tools to put it on.I had to bring my box out and show him the tools.And when I did that, he freaked out.And the tools came out of his truck.All of a sudden, this is the way they screw people beware of these people.I would love to own her to call me.Because people don't get tired of being ripped off
you guys really suck for messing up my kids car dragging it onto your truck. it has been parked for a few months now so i dont assume theirs anything i can do now but none the less you guys messed up the rear control arm and tore the subframe. never seen that before and have been in the auto business for quite some time and have seen plenty of tows
Highly recommended. Will absolutely use these guys in the future as needed! Trevor was extremely professional and did everything he could to help make my experience go as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond and instead of making me wait for a shop to open tomorrow morning, he not only towed my truck back to the Jimmie's shop but then repaired it himself as I waited. Best experience I've ever had for the crappy situation I was in. 11/10 couldn't be happier. Thank you Trevor you saved the day brother!!!
My tire blew on the expressway. AAA sent this company. The driver had no clue what he was doing and offered to tow it. Mind you it would have been over the 5 mile limit. He then left. I was able to drop the tire myself ( all 120lbs of me)and am now waiting on help again. Update- after sitting on the side of the expressway for 5 hours, AAA sent this SAME company who sent the same employee. I showed Him how I was able to drop the tire myself and he acted clueless as to why he hadn’t been able to do it. His comment was “ I don’t have those tools in my truck.” Very frustrating, I am new to the area and am very unhappy with the service. I would hope Jimmys has better employees
Had a DISASTER happen at about 7am this morning because I was an idiot....locked my keys in my RUNNING 2011 Chrysler 200... No spare key, I could not break in, I tried...my car is old and high miles, the car hates to idle with the AC on (of course it was) and I have had engine work done on the car in the past, so I was horrified....Nobody was answering my calls, one guy refused all together, I was running late for work, etc., Jimmy's came out in 30 minutes and got it unlocked for me. Took my long commute to work and no issues... Jimmy's Towing SAVED me today, 5 star did what no other company in the area could in an emergency.
Had a tire blow out on the expressway and didn't have a spare. They towed me back to their shop and replaced the tire. Back on the road in a few hours and the price was better than I expected!
Honestly, haven’t had this good of customer service in a long time. Towed us due to hitting a pot hole. Took care of the damage on the vehicle (new axle and lower control arm) and had it back to us within 35 hours of the incident. Super impressed and reasonable priced as well. Thank you guys.
Had my vehicle towed monday, January 13th. My experience was okay, I suppose. Towed my car relatively quick. Although my clutch went out on my Corolla, so I had my emergency brakes on. And tow driver didn't unlock my car to release the e-brake. He then preceded to tow my vehicle on the interstate. So now i need to replace my brake shoes. Other than that the tow was quick

Jimmie's were great when we had a flat just west of Jackson. It was late on a Sunday, all tire shops were closed or didn't have time to get us in. Jimmie's worked with us as we weighed our options between getting towed to Discount Tire in Ann Arbor, Discount Tire in Jackson, or somewhere else. They ended up finding a used tire slightly smaller than what we had that could get us driving to Ann Arbor. Once they towed us into their shop, they determined the tire had a pluggable puncture and didn't even need replaced and we were good to go!
Have used Jimmy's towing several times. They are always available and there to help. Today I sat on the side of the road for 4 hrs waiting on my insurance roadside assistance finally I asked if they would reimburse me for what I spend and they said I called Jimmy's directly they had a guy come back to the shop to switch to come get my big lifted f350. Jimmy's towing is an exceptional company. I will use them when ever I need a tow thank you guys very much for always being there and for being very reasonable on your prices especially since most people will be looking a t some kind of repair bill so it really helps they treat you like family
Just wanted to say how appreciated we were of Zeb for coming out on Saturday and help us out. We were in an accident on 94, it was dark and raining. Zeb was able to pull out our bumper so we could safely drive home. This saved us a ton of time being we were and hour and half a from home. Zeb was timely, professional and helpful. Thanks again Zeb!
I broke down in my Jeep on the highway near Jackson and had to be towed to the dealership. I unfortunately did not get their names, but the dispatcher was very helpful, gave accurate time estimates and the driver was extremely kind. He took a look under the hood of my car and helped ease my concerns of what I assumed would be a very costly repair. He went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it!
BMW specialty tire blew right at exit and we were 2 hrs from home. First they were willing to tow us 2 hrs back to our house but came up with a tire that would get us home safely. Saved us money amd took GREAT care of us!
Super nice people and they even let me get my personal things out of the jeep And the driver didnt even stay to make sure i was going to make it and it was his fault
