These people are nothing but crooks. They massage the hours that they're working. And then they want you to pay to replace a belt on a truck. A mechanic could do it in 10. 15 minutes. This guy came out and acted like he didn't have the tools. I took the tools out of my box. He replaced the part and then he wanted to charge me $477 to replace a belt on a semi. Truck, I told him he was nuts.
Be aware of their services.And then when you call to complain the owner, don't wanna take you down and talk to you.Can you imagine replacing a belt for that kind of money?It's a twenty minute job.If he did it right, he would have pulled up with the belt, put the belt on and forty minutes.I would have been out of there but they played their massage game.How they melt the clock and want you to pay for it

I needed assistance with my daughter's car that stalled out while she was driving. I called Jimmie's and within 15 minutes someone was there to assist us and have her car towed. The young man was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for all of your towing needs!

Very very sad to see this shop getting over on folks, 50.00 for a used tire to be swapped on to a rim I simply brought in. That's right no dismounting no jacking just a quick swap , for one of their used very bald tires...... Feeling so taken advantage of.

Scheduled a tow for 530 pm at 3pm. Was told may be a few minutes before or a few minutes after. Sounds great I told them. Time of arrival 830pm. Do yourself a favor call a professional towing company.
I was 5 hours from home. My son locked my keys in my car. I sent a request to AAA for assistance. Casey from Jimmies arrived in less than 30 minutes and he only took 10 minutes to get me in the car. It was a fantastic experience and didn’t appear to be out of the norm for them. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again y’all.
Jimmie's towed my car from Jackson to Wayne MI. Cost was very reasonable for that distance and the customer service person was very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I will absolutely call them again. They are great people who do the right things.
I called to see about help getting my tire changed. I'm on the side of the road in winter with two children, waiting for him. He shows up and is not very friendly. My tire is under the vehicle and I have no way of getting with out help. I do not have the tire iron and the tow truck driver apparently has no tools with him to help. So, he makes several rude comments, my children hear, and tells me he can't help but he needs compensation for coming. So, I'm still on the side of the road in winter waiting for someone and now I'm out $40. Merry Christmas and thank you for taking advantage of me.
I needed a lift from Jackson to Battle Creek because my work truck broke down in Jackson. When I called them they were there within 20 minutes. Marty, the gentleman that rode with me, was very quick and efficient. He was a great conversation for the hour drive and I had my German shepherd with me and that was no problem for him! I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
3 stars because I’m basing it off my two experiences with Jimmies. The first experience was 5 stars. He came quickly, grabbed my car, and was nice enough to ask to make sure I had a way home. Easy in, easy out. I wish I remembered his name but unfortunately I do not.
The second tow service was quite different.
Martin did show up fairly quickly, but was incredibly unprofessional.
I politely asked for a ride home as I lived less than 10 minutes away from the repair shop and he said no because he was unsure of where he would be going next.
Which, in all fairness, is totally understandable. However, his tone was unnecessarily rude.
Then he drove off without asking me payment and he gives me a call and says I never paid. I reply he never asked for payment. He then says that I’m not a decent human being multiple times for not offering to pay. Martin is an incredibly rude and unprofessional person and I will not be using Jimmie’s for any services solely to avoid working with him again.
I called Jimmie's this past Sunday for a jumpstart...It wasn't the battery, so I asked him to tow it to Blairs.'s....The drivers name was Chris,and he was so kind and helpful....Kudos to him and his employer..Any time I have used Jimmie's ,all involved including dispatch has been AWESOME..I highly recommend them...
They dug around a bit and found me a tire after rolling in in a half flat donut....special thanks to all the guys...great service...swarmed my truck like bees and got to it..
My insurance company was going to send a different company with a 90 minute wait. My husband called Jimmy's and they said 20! He was there in less than 15! Best tow service I have ever had!!
Jimmies Towing took my auto when I suffered a stroke while waiting in drive thru line at CVS. Then refused to allow it to be picked up saying I had to do it myself. Had gotten surgery for broken neck could not come, tried repeatedly to pay for time in their lot. Auto was purchased new had new tires & tags. Since I was in MI to purchase a 2 bedroom from owner next day it was full of clothing, kitchen items, checks, credit cards, documentation for purchase, auto title, birth certificate, auto registration info, my wedding band, wallet, purse, backpack, laptop, western boots & other items one would have when ready to move to new location (Jackson) plus crutches, wheelchair, other jewelry, personal medical records. They stole it & everything in it. It is still in my name & tags are still valid. In my opinion they are crooks.
Jeremy was my driver and he was great. I'll request him specifically any time I need a tow. Whoever answered was less personable, but got Jeremy dispatched to me.
It took two hours and three phone calls for them to arrive. Once they made it to my apartment, which was less than 10 minutes from their shop, the guy jumped my vehicle in a matter of seconds and charged me $40. What a rip-off! To make it worse, it was too late for me to get a new battery put in because the shop was closing. I had to wait until the next morning. I would not recommend this place.
AAA towing company that only takes AAA calls when it's convenient for them... I've had them dispatched to me two separate times about a year apart and after waiting 40 minutes they cancel and have to wait for AAA to find another company from farther away.
They have a mixed bag of drivers. Some are serious about their job, others are doing it for their own ego. In the last two years, i have been nearly hit by two trucks and nearly rearend another when they switched on their lights to turn.
