Not the hugest selection of salvaged parts but the dudes there were awesome. Few jokes and whatnot. After getting my part I asked about removal and was given a brief walk through to fix my problem
This is the second time I tried to work with this business. Several years ago I tried and was unsuccessful. This time around I called in the morning expect me to call back within a half hour 45 minutes. Didn't get a call back until later in the afternoon. By that time I had no time to go by and get the part that they had looked for. So I called back the next morning hoping to work with them that morning and nobody was able to pull the part until the afternoon. I felt like I was a burden when trying to get the part I needed.
Dealt with Monica on my Hummer H3 parts. She is literally such a blessing for this company to have on their front lines. She was personable, helpful, and assisted me with my purchase on great used salvage parts. Literally fantastic in every conceivable way. Great place to do business with, and fair prices, with good deals on bulk purchases. Highly recommended.
Got a used alternator for 1/3 of what it would have costs on Amazon working well no problems whatsoever,great staff,also friendly,kind n helpful, thank you Monica
Honestly, the front desk staff is amazing. But the back of house part pullers are unreliable for timing, waited almost a week for something that they were supposed to pull for me the next morning. And at the end they tell me they supply the part because every time they pulled it they did damage to it. It's a CV axle they're not that hard to pull.
I would like to nominate these people for sainthood! Thank you very much for finding the correct rim, noticing how damaged the tire was (which the tow truck guy didn't!), finding another tire for me, mounting that one, and then putting it on my car. I thought for sure when you showed me the tire damage that my long nightmare was continuing.but you solved that problem, too.
Bought a used engine for my Trail Blazer that had a blown motor... Purchased motor, took it to mechanic who found a whole under a heat shield that no one would see without taking pieces apart. Called Rob the manager and told him about the whole, he had me bring it back no questions asked.... He did not have another motor at the time but working just a week or so had another one available to me from a hit vehicle.... I have ran the used motor about 1,500 miles so far but seems to be ok with no issues..
Rob takes care of his customers and it is appreciated... This being within the 90 day window of original purchase just a full disclosure.
they were supposed to get me a shipping quote, they keep saying that they are too busy, called 3 times so far and no luck! They are not dependable at all! Just don’t offer shipping if you can’t do it
Very awesome customer service. Was having problems with my lights. The young man jumped right in and helped me change my head light. And the owner says no charge. People don't always do that for me. It sincerely touched my heart. People do care. I'm a good tipper.
I bought a 2000 Ford explorer hub. Said they'd throw in the rotor and caliper for 50. All I got was the hub and hub assembly. I can't complain. I got a bolt and play assembly. I was pleased with the hub. I'll be back.
My brother was junking out his car and I called them to see if they could tow it and how much they would give me for it. They said they were busy and would call me Saturday to come pick it up. Haven't been called yet and they are closed. And I called at least three times.
Needed a tail light, they had one, removed it quickly and sold for a reasonable price. While there i asked about a washer fluid reservoir, they removed one and I had it within minutes again @ a reasonable price.
Great as always! Very helpful knowledgable and courteous. Walked me around looking for a part he didn't have just in case he overlooked it the first time. I applaud you sir! Thank you and maybe next time? I def will be back here! 5star!
I started taking my car there over the past year and have always been happy with the work that they have performed. They are very reasonable and honest. The staff is friendly and fun. I would highly recommend Andy's Airport Auto for car repairs.
Dude knows cars, and is a traveler. He knows about all the cool places in the union. So, you can come here to get what your car needs, and some hometown help. If he doesn't have your part, chances are he knows someone who does.
Fellas were very helpful. My dad called earlier in the day but forgot to request they pull the rim I needed. When I went in to purchase the rim for my van, they first said I'd have to wait until tomorrow. After better explaining my situation they went above and beyond to meet my needs! Was so thankful!!
Called for parts. Was told they had 1 of the 2 parts I called for. Ordered the second and waited a day. Never called to tell me my part was in until I called them. Went to get my parts the ordered part was fine but thr second one they said they had the day before they didnt have because it was to broken. Thanks for the addition of 2 hours of work
Usually Charlies working and he knows what he's talking about and gives you the best deal possible.... Try not to deal w the owner "Andy" tho. He Jews his parts through the roof, I understand he needs to make a profit but for example when he gets a rim and tire for $3 he turns around and sells it for $75. Just a heads up.
UNBELIEVABLE! They were able to locate an OEM wheel for my vehicle for 1/3 the price of other shops and the local dealership. I was injured, so they did all the lifting and even replaced the spare tire under my chassis for me. I was astounded at their resourcefulness, speed, compassion, and friendliness! Thanks SO MUCH!!
Very helpful and fast. I went at 4:45 on a Friday and they jumped right in looking for the part I needed. They installed it Tuesday because of my schedule and it works beautifully. They answered all my questions professionally and even looked up a few more parts that I will need in the future. Best place to go.
Have bought parts here several times now, always fair priced and quick. And as far as being closed on Sunday, do people think that they deserve the day off but these guys don't?
I was in town on vacation and had trouble with my SUV.... Not one dealer or parts store had the part I "thought" I needed. I was highly recommended to Andy"s by a friend. I sent my wifedown to describe my problem. Andy and Charles looked at my truck and determined the part I thought I need was not bad but merely connected incorrectly... They quickly remedied the problem and that meant we did not need a part! Wooo hooo when she tried to pay them for their time they refused my $$$. WOW how refreshing in this day and age to find people with knowledge that are wiling to help just because they can.
