I should have just bought my parts off Amazon. They charged me more for used junk. I could have bought the same parts off Amazon new, and cheaper. Lesson learned.
Jake is awesome. Helped me find the correct bumper for my car and even put it on for me. Oh, and brakes because I needed that done also . Honest hard working!!!!
Don't bother calling the listed number on a Saturday at 2pm when the hours say open til 5pm. Phone rings once and then an automated voice informs you no one is available to take your call and hangs up on you.
Tried to get a small cup holder for my truck. Guy tried to sell one for more than it is brand new. I told him, he didn't even try to give me a cheaper price. So I ordered it from online.
Jake was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the help I needed -- even when they couldn't help, they made sure I was cared for. Will definitely come back -- we need more folks like this, who help care for you like a neighbor regardless of whether it's going to be a buck or not for them.
Gave me a great deal on my car. Had the check he wrote get stolen. And he wrote me a new one with no hesitation once it was proven the check was taken. He’s a very upstanding man with a great business.
Very rude and untrustworthy staff first of all.. then sold me a bad part that cost twice as much as everywhere else apperently. Told me it would be ready when I got there.. waited until I paid then told me it would be ready later that afternoon. 10/10 would never recommend
Called about a part, they had it. Place 200 yards away had same part for 80%cheaper. Mentioned it and was laughed at and told to gi there then. So I did
they had what i needed. i was treated very kind and with respect, i was greeted with a smile. i had a very short wait for the pulling of the part, it was decently priced. i would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs used parts. straight shot from jackson kinda halfway between jackson and parma.
Got a excellent price on a used fuel pump for my 2006 Taurus SE n after buying a new screen my mechanic Tony Twenty Seven Wrenches put the new screen on the used pump n installed it n my car runs like a top after 18 months of sitting in my yard I am so happy with both Jackson Auto Salvage n my mobile Mechanics man what a relief to have a car up n running n roadworthy again after such a long time without one.
This place is a joke they’ll sell you a bad motor tell you there’s a 30 day return and won’t return it. Got the motor home took it back the same day purchased not even an hour after getting it. DONT SELL BAD PARTS THEN, sketchy don’t step foot in this place.
Rude counter service, would rather look at you like you're a burden and jab "no" as an answer to everything instead simply TRYING customer service.
This is not a "you pull" lot for anyone wondering.
I asked if they had a catalog online, because I was just trying to scope the stock out I was told "yeah I'm online." Again I asked "do you have your parts list online" I was told "not all of them" and then the counter worker pointed at a roughly 25 year old photo on the wall and said "there, that's my lot"
Based on initial interaction alone I will never spend money here, and have to recommend that no else does either of they can help it.

For people looking to buy transmissions or engines this is the WORST place to get them at , we had a customer purchase a $600 transmission for a crown Victoria and learned the hard way that They do NOT refund you your money like every other Junk yard does , imagine buying a $1500 engine just to be told You can only get parks of equal value back or store credit no cash back ….the best they do is give you in store credit , if you purchase anything you can’t return it they can only replace it over and over , pure scam Very bad business and they will NOT work with you at all they don’t tell you this either lol stay away
Ed is the best! He really helped us out in a pinch. We travel full time in our camper van, ended up pulling off the highway right next to the shop. The next morning Ed and his associates were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road. Customer service is the best we have encountered across all of the US. I recommend jackson auto salvage to anyone. Fast, friendly service and they ALWAYS have the parts I need. Also found them to be the cheapest with a wide variety of different makes and models. Theyre used tires are always a bonus as well!!!! Thanks Jackson Auto Salvage!!!
I like hunting around juck yards but if I need something I'm not going here I called to ask a question and after that I was very disappointed to here that they don't buy used rims. That's fine but when I asked if they knew if someone or somewhere I can sell one. He said "no one buys used rims, bye" and hung up on me. Poor customer service.
These are the same crooks that own Goldie's repair shop. When I went to get parts they sold me the wrong thing. Then when I attempted to return it, they took the parts, told me they didn't have the correct part, they would not give me a refund OR a credit. So I put my parts back in my car. They then called the police and said that I stole the parts, because they had my original proof of sale. So basically I got ZERO PARTS, TIME IN JAIL, A TARNISH ON MY PERFECT RECORD AND they got the parts they sold me and my money...I would don't care how cheap they are crooks! Dealing with them you might end up in jail.
