Steve is a wonderful human being. I was three hours from home, with my two young children and a very large dog, when my car started getting unbearably loud and acting strange. I pulled off on the nearest exit into the small town of Grass Lake. I pulled into a gas station and started Googling repair shops near me. I knew my chances of finding a repair shop to help me out were slim to none, being it was a holiday. I came across Ralph's Body & Repair and decided to give them a call. As I anticipated, I got a voicemail for the business, which provided a phone number for Steve if you need help right away. Normally, I wouldn't have called, but I was desperate, so I gave Steve a call. I told him my situation and where I was at. I was only a few miles away, and he told me to come on by. When I arrived, I was greeted by Steve and his wife. On this particular day, with the humidity, it was about 95° outside. Steve and his wife made conversation with my children and also got water for my dog, who was visibly hot at this point. Steve quickly got looking underneath my car, and within an hour, I was ready to hit the road again. I can not express my gratitude for these kind people. I had been having an extremely rough week, and adding car troubles to the mix was the cherry on top. Steve didn't hesitate to help me for one moment. Thank you so much for everything. There are still good people in this world!
I’ve used Ralph’s services a couple times. He is very reasonable and dependable. If he tells you he will do something, he will! Definitely recommend him!!

Steve was great! He went above and beyond to make my little one feel comfortable. He let my son put the truck up and down and told him jokes on the way to drop the car off. The pricing was great. The customer service was even better. I ended up using him twice and would definitely recommend him to anybody in the area.

Our car had a flat on the highway and we had no way to Uber because we were in a desolate area. Ralph’s body and repair gave us a superb service. They came to our location, took our wheel with the flat tire, went back to their shop, replaced the tire, and came back to install the wheel on our car at such a short amount of time! They are a fast service and very nice guys. Their price was very reasonable! I gave them a tip for their great service and hospitality! They definitely went over and beyond for me and my family. Used to recommend and use these services but how steve told me he doesn't care about a loyal customer no matter how many of my cars he has towed/ worked on this man doesn't value his clientele. Do yourself a favor and have someone who actually cares work on you're vehicles
My experience, is echoed by the previous reviews. Steve came to our aid on I-94 this past weekend. Originally I Had a flat tire, then replaced it with a spare, 60 miles later, the spare tire blew leaving us on the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon with no tire service nearby open. "Ralph's" showed up and was able to plug the original flat tire. Outstanding service and a huge help!--- A thousand "Thank You's"!!!!

Absolutely hands down the very best towing and auto repair service I have ever received. They've done everything a service provider can do to make sure me and my family were safe and treated us as if we were their own family, with the utmost respect and consideration. Even when it was 3:00 in the a.m. they were fast, efficient, and very professional. My family will NEVER use another towing and auto repair service. Ralph's Body and repair towing service in Grass Lake is the best. No doubts about it. Even when dealing with my classic 65 Coronet 440.
