I hate to tell you how much amazing finds are sitting there waiting for you cuz I want them for myself! They have turned about half of the place from a junkyard into a goodstuffyard. The items have been placed in aisles with space in between for shopping and picking. I went there to scrap some things I didn't want and found so much stuff that I owed them money. Very friendly staff! Oh yeah, they have car and truck parts too !
Spencer's has been here for us for a long time giving us friendly service and fair prices. I'm not a scrapper but it sure was convenient when I had a load to get rid of! Not only cuz it was close but the guy on the loader used it as an unloader. Probably been there a half dozen times getting something or another and they usually have what I need. I'll keep them in mind when my next need for an out-of-stock part arrives. Thanks for reading, Lenny
The owners are very nice and friendly the workers are knowledgeable and informative of numerous subjects concerning everyday hassles of life! Whether you like it or not, of course I've known them for over 30 years and they've treated me like a son. The people who live near whittemore Michigan are so blessed to have a place like this in their neighborhood. Truly a gem of homegrown Americana in the northern part of Michigan.
We use them on the salvage side of their business, and as far as that part of their business goes, they are good. They even had the loader operator unload my trailer the last trip. Saved me a lot of work.
Very nice people, great place. Been going to Spencer's for parts since the late 70's, and going now for my current project car. Best place for hard to find parts.
Don’t let Mike Nieberts review scare you, that’s false. Kelly and Rick and all of the other staff are so kind and helpful, heck most of the time I can’t even be alone out there more than 15 minutes and someone checks on me. I believe that Mike guys last name was in some kind of trouble for vandalism around the area and i know the junkyard was part of that vandalism so take his review how you please
Wish I could give it more stars. Place is worth it !! Buddy of mine showed me this place yesterday. WOW !!! I'll be back for sure, down right loves it. Lots of cool vintage old iron I wish I could have bought it all lol. That much cool stuff and we'll worth the time to look.
It the best place on earth to me it's my Graceland i love that place it makes me so happy I love being around old cars an trucks an stuff I could spend days there I save so much money there .the staff is so polite to me an my special wife they take so good care of my wife when I'm out in the yard searching for treasures. An she loves Crackers the office cat no matter how long I'm out in the yard . thank you Spencers Auto Parts you make my Dreams Come True.
They have some GREAT cars, lots of old, good stuff, BUT, the lady’s up front could use a lesson in customer service, also they are not willing to sell whole vehicles which is kinda disappointing with some of the stuff that they have. :(
