Drove from Coldwater area for my part. They had my sought after and low in abundance part in very good condition for half price than other sites. Shroyers located my part to keep it real and sent me there and told me the price. It's a more than far price and the cashier was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Everyone from front counter to back counter to visually inspect my part to guarantee my satisfaction. Short visit if I remember I'm guessing 10 minutes.
I have dealt with this place quite a few times. This is the third time ive ordered parts through them and they sent them across the state to theyre place in Waterford. Once I can understand maybe even twice. Not three times. Especially the last two time within two weeks of each other. The incompetence is unacceptable. Their mistakes make me look bad when I give a customer a time frame....and now my clients employee has no vehicle to drive returning from vacation....I ordered my parts well in advanced of needing them and I still dont have them. From here on out I will be avoiding schram like the plague also how the hell are they gonna charge $180 for a USED CONTROL WHEN A BRAND NEW ONE WITH BALL JOINT AT O'REILLY IS ONLY $110
The Schram team was helpful and accommodating. I called to see if they had a part in stock and Nathan answered my call right away and answered all of my questions. I will definitely go to them again and recommend Schram auto parts to my friends!
You couldn’t ask for a better sales person very helpful very knowledgeable very prompt. Really care about their customers needs and wants for parts and very helpful. Any questions you may have or concerns. This rating needs to be much higher because I don’t think I’ve ever found a company that can compare in their customer service their compassion to helping others question are customers able to track there orders on delivery day and times
To be honest I've had several bad experiences with salvage yards this year. Today was the first day I have done business with schram Auto parts and it was a very positive experience. Very courteous and helpful staff, I will be back... Parts are as described

All the folks working at the holt office are professional and great customer service. I bought a used motor and although it’s a used motor the quality of the motor is questionable. Needs repair (timing chain at minimum) before engine can even be installed.

If driving 53ft dry van. After Pulling into this bussiness you will need to get turned around. 1 dock operation sits in the edge corner of the main building. 1st time Not knowing I backed in from outside the front gate. After docking i realized that it was possible to drive through the gate and turn left at opening to make a IN YARD U-TURN.
Total time spent picking up Full load was about 80min.

Buying and picking up was very easy and smooth. Part comes on time. However, part’s description was not right. It was listed as A grade, but it has lost of scratches and some broken parts. It should be listed as B grade and price should be lower.
Overall, this is a reliable used parts shop except product description, which is probably not frequent.
I am beyond impressed with the exceptional customer service and the fast delivery of parts, even from out of state. The team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure I got everything I needed in a timely manner. Perfect, got the needed part in the end. Pics didn’t show the damage to the first part I paid for in advance, the guys found another listed for more but didn’t charge me the difference. Great customer service!!!
Super friendly staff and amazing prices! I found the part I needed for $40 here, while everywhere else charged $75. Big difference when you’re raising kids! 10/10, will definitely be back.

I got my part purchased fast and easy. Confirmed pick up date and directions. Sent me the link to even pay for it. He said he was a little new to the sales side, but he did not miss a beat. Felt like he had been doing it forever. Better keep this guy around!
People there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Seen my part on eBay which made it easy to confirm condition which helped because I was coming from out of state. Reasonably priced and was already off the vehicle. Would recommend
